Ideally situated for all the parks to be driven to, shuttle bus worked, bit of patience needed because it picks up at other locations, but hey it free to use 👍. lovely manicured gardens with a good swimming pool and hot tub. Great place to stay for our Disney adventure in a Disney decorated apartment.

Chalbaud’s place was an amazing stay! Very clean, smaller than the pictures but felt very cozy. Pool was right there and washer/dryer upstairs was convenient for our week long stay. Everything we planned or needed to go to (other than the airport) was no more than a 15 minute drive which was amazing. Only downside for our stay was the water pressure in the shower, it was too light.

That’s a freshly renovated apartment and it’s amazing. All furniture, bed linens, cooking utensils are brand new. Location is perfect for whom wants to go to the parks and within 5-10 minutes walk to many restaurant options. Extra towels and pool towels were provided. Coffee, salt, pepper available. Also Paul prepared some welcome chocolates. The only aspect that I dislike was that you cannot open the windows, so if you cook the smells will stay inside. In general it’s a very suitable and comfortable place to stay.

One of the highlights was definitely the pool being just a short walk away—it made it so easy to cool off and unwind after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and the entire stay smooth and stress-free. Whether you're visiting for the theme parks or just looking for a peaceful place to stay in Orlando, I highly recommend this spot. I’d gladly book again!

The condo was very well maintained and stocked with most everything we needed. We loved that it is located minutes from the Orange County Convention Center since we were in town for a cheer competition. During our stay, we also visited Disney and Universal Studios, which were only 20 minutes away. The condo is within walking distance to a Publix, ABC Liquor, Walgreens, and quite a few restaurants. The condo was perfect, we will definitely stay there again!

We spent 2 weeks at this gorgeous condo and had a great time. On arrival the condo was lovely and clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped and a thoughtful care basket had been left for us with some useful essentials. Thank you! Checking in was very straightforward. Everything we needed to get started was supplied. The pool area was also great. It even had a bar that serves food/snacks and drinks. It was all clean and well maintained. The condo is close to all of the Disney parks, and Disney Springs was around a 10-minute drive away making it perfect to go out in the evenings. There are a few shops, crazy golf, fast food restaurants and other restaurants within walking distance. The view of the lake is fab and the balcony is a great place to relax. This condo is in the perfect spot to visit the Disney/Universal parks. The host was friendly and responded to questions very quickly. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The place was very clean, cozy, well decorated, and the view was unbeatable for the area. We enjoyed the pool, dock, and sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake. There were plenty of fun things to do in the area, as well as resturants. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting the area.

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

Adir's place was fantastic. There were many personal touches that made it feel more cozy, which I've found in Orlando can be a struggle. I loved how there were cozy blankets, bathrobes, and a few treats when we arrived. The location is awesome. Very close to anything you could need, Disney, Universal, and the airport. Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Dunkin, Chick-Fil-A, Walgreens, and many more places are all within walking distance. I loved how peaceful the condo and location felt, despite being surrounded by everything. The view was beautiful to wake up to and my kids enjoyed playing in the pool. We would definitely recommend and be happy to stay again!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Omar and Lucy were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I’ve stayed at Cai Ling and John’s home before. Fantastic hosts!! I’d stay with them again. They’re always so nice and responsive. Their home was very clean and kept up to date. I’ll always recommend them to anyone when staying through Airbnb.

Dan was so helpful and very great to work with! I was here for a research conference and his place was close to the convention center. He was also flexible, my last day of the conference I asked for a later check out time and he was able to accommodate which I greatly appreciated. His placed was also a short uber to other locations but was also a quiet oasis to come back to and rest. Very grateful to have stayed here!

Great space! Perfect for our trip! Loved it was a gated area!

Overall my stay here was good. The Airbnb was clean, instructions were clear on getting inside, not a noisy area except the neighbors above the 2 bed room were noisy at night. I made use of the washer and dryer using the complimentary laundry detergent pods left out for use, I made use of the iron/ironing board, and I made use of the tv in the bedroom. I didn’t have any concerns or trouble so I didn’t need to contact Andres, but he reached out the day after checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. The only thing I’d like to share as a heads up is that the gate to get into the apartment complex only allows one car at a time so there were times where after getting approved to go through, a car would turn in and go through before we could and so we’d have to reverse and get approved again so that the gate barrier arm would go up again.

The first thing we absolutely loved about the house was the smell. It was very clean and instructions to everything was very clear. I would definitely recommend this house!!!

George’s matched the pictures and was great. It was a very homey atmosphere. It was super close to all the parks and amazing food places. He was very helpful and super responsive. Would definitely return.

Had a wonderful stay at Oli's location! It was 90 degrees this past weekend and the amenities of using the Waterpark on the property WITH NO RESORT FEE was such a steal! A lazy river, lounge chairs, water slides and they also have a food hut. Don't forget to utilize the free shuttle service as parking at the waterpark is very limited so save yourself the hassle and just get chauffeured. The place itself was pristine! Me and my friend had over own quarters and slept and relaxed beautifully. Oli was proactive and very easy to get ahold of if we had any questions or concerns (we rarely had any). Tons of parking though it does get kind of packed at night depending on how late you'll be out we got in from Universal really late a few nights. Would absolutely stay again. You're getting well worth your value. Looking to book my next stay soon! 😁

This is my family's second time staying at Suzanne's rental. It is a perfect vacation rental if you are staying in Orlando for the theme park/shopping/tourist experience, and want the flexibility of a private home/condo. Everyone is able to stay together with space to unwind after a long day, as well as ability to prepare meals and avoid eating out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are plenty of conveniences and restaurants within a 5 min drive or a short walk. Disney/Universal/I-Drive are a quick 20 min drive, Outlets and Disney Springs even closer.
