This was such an amazing property in a safe, quiet area. It looked exactly like the pictures!! The house was beautiful and very clean. We traveled from Boston and were celebrating my birthday. Our host gave amazing recommendations for restaurants and things to do without me even asking. His response time to questions that I may have had was always within 10 minutes or less. The backyard is beyond photo worthy and is like a little oasis. I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!! I will definitely work with this host anytime that I am in the kissimme fl area. You will not be disappointed!

We loved our stay! The home is very close to the parks and other attractions. The pool, while not being huge, was perfect for what we needed - plenty of chairs including reclining chairs, and tons of sunlight to tan with. We never saw a bug inside the home for our whole entire trip - first time we've experienced that in Florida! A few things to keep in mind: We could not find any kleenex/tissues in the home, and we only had 2 half rolls of toilet paper for the week. I would recommend buying some paper products for your stay so you don't run out. Overall, a great stay!

Susane’s place was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our spring break vacation! It was in a great neighborhood, with every appliance, utensil, linen and towels we could have needed during our stay. My kids had a great time in the pool and it was only a 20’ish minute jaunt to both Disney and Universal Studios. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The amenities on the property were fantastic—especially the pool, which was clean, inviting, and the perfect place to relax and unwind each day. The unit itself was beautiful—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated with a warm, welcoming touch. We especially loved the kitchen! It was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals during our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was clearly considered to create a peaceful, enjoyable experience, and it absolutely showed. We genuinely loved our stay and can’t wait for the opportunity to come back. Airbnb hosts, take notes - THIS is how it’s done! From booking to checkout, everything about this stay was smooth, easy, and incredibly well-managed. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful the entire time. The house itself was phenomenal. Spotless clean. One of the best-stocked kitchens I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb. Theming and decor were creative, fun, and thoughtfully done in every room. This is not a property that feels "thrown together"...but it is evident that the owners/hosts have invested heavily in created the best possible experience for their guests. The outdoor space was just as impressive - a great pool and spa, relaxing lounge area, and a peaceful marsh view filled with Florida wildlife. It felt like a private resort. We’ve already earmarked this place for all future Disney trips. It's a 20-minute straight shot to the Disney parks - as easy as can be. It was hands-down one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you for setting the bar so high!

Wonderful location, beautiful home that was well equipped. A great choice if your group has kids or just adults. We had a wonderful time and Kimberly was very nice.

The place was really nice felt right at home. It was very clean. Loved how everything was baby proof, so I felt comfortable with my one year old crawling around. Loved how they had everything to accommodate children. floaters for all ages, baby carriage, play pen, crib etc. the pool was huge and we loved the big screen. The kids can’t stop talking about their experience there. If you’re hesitating to book trust me you just book it.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious 9-bedroom home—perfect for our large group. The house was spotless, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (plus two full fridges!). The huge pool and hot tub felt like a private resort, and the outdoor seating areas were great for relaxing. There was even a game room that kept everyone entertained. The host was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions within minutes. When someone in our group accidentally broke a glass, the host was kind and very understanding. Fast Wi-Fi, lots of parking, and plenty of space made this one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend and hope to return! We will be back in a few months for sure! Already looking at dates on when to return to this location. And yes!!! There are alligators in the lake behind the house. They were very cool and calm. The kids loved seeing them. However don’t be afraid as they keep to themselves. Highly highly recommend!

Stayed at Dan’s home for about 8 days with my family to celebrate my wedding weekend. The home was so beautiful, pool was fun and the kitchen was stocked up with seasonings, tons of pots and pans for us to cook at home and the movie theater/game room was a great bonus, the kids had a great time! Everything was exactly like the pictures although I did think the pool was a bit smaller than I expected in the photos but it was still super fun and comfortably fit 7 people. I would definitely stay at Dan’s home again!

My stay was wonderful! My family and I are very happy, everything was very quiet, they were attentive, the club house is very fun! The truth is that I am very happy and I would definitely rent it again and recommend it, thank you very much

Our family really enjoyed staying in this vacation home for three days! There’s plenty of entertainment for kids and adults! Michael was very helpful and informative in his prompt responses. There’s plenty of room for the whole family! We would definitely recommend his place and would be glad to go back with the family to enjoy a longer visit next time and enjoy a some golf with my son when he’s a little bit older! The view from the balcony overlooking the golf course is amazing!

Amazing home, located in the heart of Kissimmee. The home is beautiful, spacious, and super clean. The host is responsive, and nice. I highly recommend staying at this property.

This was one of my top stays of all time because the house was well appointed. Each of the 3 decorated children's rooms offered something different for my twin daughters. They of course only slept in the princess room but spent most of their time in the Mulana room. The VR machine is crazy! Flipped me 180 degrees as I road a dragon and my kids watched the tv screen from behind the safety barrier. You won't find that amenity anywhere else. Location is out of the way and quiet. The two video game rooms were a nice touch too. And to check out, Dun sent us a message saying essentially "Just leave, it's a vacation. We'll handle linens and towels and trash, etc." Literally could not be easier.

Me and my group had a amazing time!!! Host is quick with responses and is always available if anything is needed. Such a great location and quiet neighborhood.. 10/10 and will strongly recommend ❤️

Awesome stay! The home was very clean, comfortable and so much fun. The little ones loved the game room, movie room and swimming pool. Akanksha was a wonderful host, very friendly and communicative and accommodated us when we needed to add an extra day to our stay last minute. Highly recommend, we will definitely revisit this home for any future stays!

This is a beautiful home. A home away from home. My kids enjoyed the room themes and games around the house to play. Chanda and Matthew made everything so easy for us with traveling from PA. I would 100% book with them again 😊

I truly had an amazing experience at the Airbnb so much in fact that my family didn't want to leave unfortunately circumstances made it to where we had to leave early I would gladly do it again in a heartbeat and Sam was absolutely amazing very thorough on questions made sure that we had a very direct informational packet the area was beautiful all around an amazing experience
