This is a town Norman Rockwell would have loved to paint! We're on a point among three rivers, all within a few minutes walk. Our 5 bedroom home up on a berm--with a bowered and brick-ovaled garden--is surrounded by trees but is next to a small shopping center. The "point" section of town, where we live, is like its own little village, with post office, etc. I love to host but will give people what space they want. My wife has passed away; family comes and goes.

Our guest cottage is the perfect retreat for a quiet getaway or a quick commute to local historical sites. We are located on a family farm property dating back to the 1880's. Although the old farmhouse is gone our home with attached cottage is filled with decor built by the owner with reclaimed wood from the original home. We are adjacent to Beaverdam Park and located 2 miles from Main Street which boasts the historic Gloucester Courthouse dating back to 1651.
