The Island on Lake Travis features a gated entry for security, reserved parking, beautiful Mediterranean architecture, and landscaped courtyards throughout the complex. As you enter the Villa, located on the third floor, you are greeted by a large family room complete with comfortable seating, tile floors, wet bar, fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and patio access with panoramic lake views. Other features include a large HDTV, WiFi, and plenty of space for entertaining. The kitchen is spacious, fully stocked, and has bar stool seating for 4. The large alcove dining area has a beautiful round table, cathedral ceiling, and panoramic views of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country. This a great spot for family conversation and game time! The large master bedroom suite is amazing and has a tile floor, cathedral ceiling, king size bed, and a beautiful area rug in front of the cozy fireplace. All, of course, with panoramic lake views and patio access.There is also a large, en suite bath with jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and oversized closet. This master retreat has wall-to-wall windows facing Lake Travis, private patio access with open air seating, and is truly a great place to relax and unwind. You will positively love this condo. "Get Away Cove" is a much sought after unit because of it's location. The condo is located on the top floor and is an end corner unit. This gives us a roomy wrap around balcony with Cove and Court yard views. Because we are an end unit, there is no foot traffic by your door and being a top floor, you do not have the pitter patter of foot noise above you. The condo has been newly furnished and stylishly decorated. A unique tower and vaulted ceilings.
