This is an absolute gem of an AirBnB in every regard! The hosts are so extremely responsive, and we’re so kind to us during our 5 night stay! The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous!!! New Castle is stunning, with amazing small businesses that truly make staying there such a treat. Dwayne and Chandler are so so kind, and their messages and running into them in their cafe (which has AMAZING lattes) made us feel right at home. I would 100% come here again for every reason listed here and so many more. Definitely, definitely visit!

Jeff's apartment was very clean and comfortable! I appreciated the snacks and coffee maker, as well as having a full kitchen available. Jeff was a very responsive host, from booking through the stay itself. The apartment was convenient to the conference I was attending, as well as restaurants downtown, and was only about a mile from the train station. I would definitely stay there again!

This place had everything I needed and more. It was comfortable and had plenty of space. It also is a location that is close to downtown and easy to walk to/from. The dark chocolate peanut butter cups were a bonus that was much appreciated and the check-in; check-out process was easy making it easy to arrive later in the evening or whatever time. Absolutely will stay again.

The location was very good, walkable to a beautiful park, a lovely river walk and a zoo! Easy car ride to stores and some of Wilmigton's best tourist sites.

I've previously stayed in another one of the host's apartments and they are always spotless. Host provides detailed instructions and is very responsive. I love the proximity to The Met and the fact that there is free street parking easily available within a block of the apartment.

I have stayed in a lot of places and I would say this place was one of the nicest Air bnb I have stayed at. It was very spacious and clean. Not only were the normal household items in the home there was also a lot of extra things in the place that made it feel right at home! We would highly recommend to anybody that is looking for a place to stay. I just wanted a weekend away local and it was definently one of the best! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Rose is a the super host of super hosts. She provides clear instructions from start to finish and really cares about the comfort of her guests. The apartment is spotless and in great shape. The neighborhood is peaceful and on a very quiet street away from traffic. This is our second stay, and we’ll be back again next year!

I still have no words besides, God is good and I’m incredibly grateful for Susanne and her lovely place that we stumbled upon. My husband and I booked another rental in downtown Lancaster and to say the least it wasn’t good. We checked in there around 6 pm that day, and I messaged Susanne at 7 pm to see if we could come as soon as possible, we were 3 hours away from home, so worried we wouldn’t find anything.. Susanne had everything freshened up in 40 mins and we drove over. The space is extremely homey. And honestly the whole area is a fresh breath of air. Easy drive to downtown Lancaster. You’re surrounded by lots of Amish life and beautiful views. The bathroom was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Living room was cozy. Susanne thought of everything possible when adding charm and coziness to this space. Price point is amazing. I could go on! We met John on the way out and he was extremely friendly and kind to us. We will book again! :)

We had a fantastic stay! they were great commutators and the place is exactly as pictured, we will definitely be back our next visit to Philly.

James was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. He is focused on customer’s satisfaction. The walls are as thin as any hotel and voices can carry, but quiet hours were respected by all. My room showed care and upkeep, just as pictured. I stayed on the upper floor and did not hear any noise from the convenient and busy restaurant below. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place looked exactly like the pictures. The place was very clean. It is located in a quiet area. Restaurants and grocery stores were all conveniently located nearby. Check in was very easy. I enjoyed the time I stayed there. I would stay there again.

This quaint and clean space was absolutely spectacular. The decor is both fresh and airy with a warmth and coziness. Every room was perfected with the most specific touches of consideration. The host’s thoughtfulness was detailed with complimentary snacks and a helpful stash of toiletries in case anything was forgotten from home. The provision of phone charging stations, night lights and a few good books were a few perks that some may overlook. The outside was complete with cozy seating. Close parking and easily accessible trash receptacles . Our stay was quite enjoyable and I look forward to our return.

This place was a great stay for a local wedding. Had a great time. Listing exactly like the pictures even bigger of a space. The bed was really comfortable and nice shower. Jodie was wonderful and so kind to offer suggestions of places in the area and make sure we were settled in alright. 10/10 would come back!

The stay was perfect for a weekend getaway! The space was clean and the house was easy to find. There were a great selection of games to choose from and plenty of room for 4 people. Would recommend this stay to anyone!

This stay was beautiful! This location was great for the wedding we were attending that was just blocks away. Downtown Lancaster is very walkable and easy to get around and this Airbnb was perfectly placed! I personally LOVED that it was located above the Sweet Shoppe. The smell of the shop was amazing as you walked down the street to head into the apartment, which is right above it! Jennie even provides you with free Stroopies and a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream feom the shop. Honestly, that little touch meant so much to me. A host that goes that little extra mile just says so much. Thank you for this beautiful stay! This will definitely be a place that we will be staying at again in the future!

Mr. Bill made accommodations when the Airbnb I had originally planned for fell through. He made the transition quick and even made sure my weekend was blocked off at the new Airbnb and not compromising our plans. Forever grateful for the last minute switch

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

This is exactly what I look for in an AirBnB - unique, full of character, charming, clean, accurately described, non-cluttered, and walkable to local spots. I brought my teen son here for a tournament at Spooky Nook and it was a perfect diversion from the usual team hotel. Joel has thought of all the little things that make a stay comfortable and is so responsive to any needs.
