House holiday rentals in Wilmington

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Our family had a wonderful stay at Jeneene's home. Jeneene was exceptionally communicative, responsive and thoughtful, including leaving a sweet congratulatory note to our daughter (who was graduating), providing local recommendations specific to our needs, and allowing us late check out. We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially loved the heated pool—it made a big difference. Bebe was a responsive and helpful host, quickly addressing any questions we had and even allowing us to install an app on the Fire Stick so we could stream from our devices. She also resolved a minor pool heat issue on the first day with no hassle. We’d definitely stay here again!

Genine and Mike were great hosts. It was lovely to have picnics near the lake and the guest house was cozy.

Our Honey Brook stay was brief but worth it. The house, yard, and surrounding town was beautiful. Chris and Claudia early on were very helpful with recommendations. When it was getting to be close to the time of our vaca their instructions were clear and well timed. I look forward to staying here again, hopefully for longer next time.

My family and I spent Memorial Day weekend in this beautiful home. It was very spacious and very clean. It had every amenity you could possibly want. It had a beautiful family room area and plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The pool was absolutely beautiful, but too cold for us to use at this time. The yard was completely fenced and very private. We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We hope to stay again soon!

Caryle’s place was in a very peaceful neighborhood, very private and relaxing. The kitchen had what we needed and the living room was a great place to sit and read. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

The location was wonderful. I have been working in Wilmington for years but had never been in Arden. What a gorgeous spot that is, and so very convenient to all of Wilmington and so easy to hop on and off the highway. Susan was extremely kind and thoughtful and we appreciated her advice and help. We had our little Havanese with us and it was so convenient to have a fenced in back yard so that she could easily go in and out. It was a lovely stay.

stay at his place only for one day to attend my daughter's graduation. Check in is easy, the house was clean, spotless and perfect for my group. Everything was labelled accordingly. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay at this place again and will recommend to friends.

A wonderful Airbnb! Beautifully decorated & maintained with a classy antique meets modern aesthetic. Clean, comfy, great temperature regulation, amazing beds! Room for all of us too be in the house and have space as needed. Lovely hosts. Neighborhood felt super safe, plenty to do and yummy places to eat nearby and within a 30 min drive. We could not have asked for anything better for our stay. Would have stayed longer if we could have extended our trip! Thank you!

My family and I had a nice stay. It was easy to get to from the Philadelphia airport. The house and the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Kat, the hostess, was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely choose Kat’s house again!

This charming two bedroom was the perfect location to work remotely for a week while a family member attended a workshop at Salem CC Glass Center. I spent the week working long days - but I got to do it sitting on the screened in porch with the sound of birds singing and a gorgeous view of garden and river. For breaks I walked along the river in Battery Park (a block away) or around old New Castle - both delightful. The house itself is a tastefully renovated historic property & has comfortable beds, a large kitchen stocked with all the cooking necessities, and a homey living room. The house smelled clean and fresh, without smelling like cleaning products or heavily scented air freshener.

Such an adorable street! It was quiet stay and well stocked for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was our favorite! Beautifully laid out and had all we need to prepare meals while there. The beds were comfortable and the two bedrooms offered privacy for both couples. The showers were spacious, with great water pressure and temperature. If you walk half a mile, you will discover a gorgeous creek and walking trail. It was great to walk it after breakfast. It’s a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to restaurants, book stores, etc. The neighbors are friendly too! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Michael’s place was exactly as described. Easy to find everything you needed as well as leaving food and beverages very unexpected but very pleased. Would not hesitate to stay here again very peaceful location with access to everything you need around you

Great place for a weekend getaway! Very quiet and private with nice and new amenities. Only thing is that it got a little cold at the house (we stayed there early June) outside of the bedroom but other than that this was great!!

My wife and I had the best experience at this guest house. Lisa is an amazing host. Lisa blessed us with fresh eggs in the fridge from the farm. Lisa also had fresh milk, yogurts, apple cider, granola, and homemade cakes for us. The guest house and the whole property will take you back in time. The guest house was squeaky clean from top to bottom and had the perfect amenities for out stay. If you are on the fence between renting this property or another property in the area, rent this property for your vacation. You will not be disappointed!!

Wonderful host. Place was clean and well maintained and great communication throughout.

Matt's place was perfect for our short stay in the area. We appreciated how walkable it was to the downtown area to pick up breakfast in the mornings. Highly recommend Talula's Table! The tiny home is very comfortable and in a quiet area. We would choose it again if we're in the area.

Overall, probably the best Air BnB we have stayed in for our specific needs. Clean, great layout, good location relative to my needs (work in Wilmington, family in Newark). Everything we needed to stay with baby, toddler and 3 adults. Only drawback is that it is on a busier road. Which is only problematic for us because we have a fast toddler who has no fear, and there is a little bit of noise.

We loved John and Tayla’s house. Great game room, jacuzzi & awesome for families! Definitely would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were very communicative and provided recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The house was perfect, comfortable and included parking. Best perk was the air fryer! Thank you for everything.
