Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Windermere Lake

We were a group of 6 ladies on a 40th birthday/golf weekend away. The unit was very spacious for all of us with space for sitting both inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices and condiments and all the helpful things you forget like Tupperware and ziplocs as well as thoughtful touches like a bottle of bubbly! The air conditioning worked great and we loved having access to the pool and hot tubs. Beds were super comfy and the location was awesome for evening walks by the lake. More than once someone in the group remarked how they wished they lived there instead of in the city! All in all a great stay and we can't wait to come back!

Great place with a great view and community super easy and very close together, close to a pizza shop and close to a general store with all your basic needs! Enjoyed thoroughly

The location is a 5 min walk to James Chabot beach which was nice. The apartment was spacious and we really enjoyed the arcade machine and banquet seating. The rooms were neat and spacious as well. It has all the amenities. The appliances felt newer but the bathroom could be updated. Great stay, and great communication throughout. Thanks

Great cozy little place right at the bottom of Panorama. Conveniently placed in between the restaurants and general store. Clean and cozy, Amanda was communicative. Had all the listed amenities, nice easy to use kitchen as well. Would recommend!

The apartment was a great place to stay and we really appreciated the thought that had gone into how it was fitted out. All the pegs and hooks for hanging clothes, the boot dryer, the rack behind the sofa, the wonder shower. All the things that made our holiday so much easier. When I had questions, Marta got back to me quickly despite our difference in time zones.

This is very nice condo, we enjoyed staying here! Located in the upper village, it's very close to the pools. We loved the comfy king bed and thermostat-controlled gas fireplace! It has a nicely equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed.  Jenny was an excellent host, and responded quickly to queries. We highly recommend this condo, and would stay here again!

This stay was exactly what we needed & hoped for. Super cozy, totally our vibe & honestly... the beds? Next level. We're super picky when it comes to bedding (like embarrassingly picky) & these were hands-down the softest sheets we've ever melted into. 10/10 would nap again. The kitchen was literally stocked with everything you could need & more !! Felt like we could’ve hosted a small cooking show if we wanted to. Tracy & Daniel were awesome 👏🏼 super responsive, helpful & just all-around lovely humans. Their suggestion on bringing the lawn chairs out to the fence to watch the river in the morning with our tea was sensational. All in all, the perfect little getaway. Already dreaming about our next visit.

The studio was just right for what we needed. Enough room to eat breakfast and lunch, we even cooked steak on the shared BBQ one night. Value was great, not luxury, but for what we paid for the location it was superb. The couch was great because our teens cannot share a bed and most studios have two queens which doesn't work for us. The sofa was big enough for them to sleep perpendicular without kicking each other. Really easy to use the ski lockers! Unfortunately the skiing snow was awful with the very warm spring weather, but that's always a risk and obviously had nothing to do with the apartment.

We LOVED staying at Joeys Airbnb. The fact that the Toby Chair was literally steps away from the front door was great. The directions were so simple to get there. We will for sure be staying here again! Thanks!

The condo was very spacious and well appointed. Host was always available and replied quickly to questions. Large balcony had great view of lake. Highly recommend.

L’appartement était parfait, propre et à une minute à pied pour prendre la chaise pour aller faire du ski !! Seule petite chose à ne pas oublier la prochaine fois dans la valise ! Des pantoufles, parce que le plancher de la cuisine et de la chambre est froid.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Dean. Le logement était spacieux, accueillant et très propre. Pour une famille de 5 c’était parfait avec la chambre des enfants qui comprend 2 lits superposés et une salle de bain pour les enfants. Le matelas de la chambre des maîtres est très confortable. La cuisine est vraiment bien équipé, nous avons cuisiné tous nos repas sur place. On se sentait comme chez nous ! Très bien situé à côté des gondoles pour ce rendre au village de ski, on empruntait un petit chemin en sortant du porte patio et en 2 minutes nous étions aux gondoles. Je recommande vivement!

Place was wonderful! Rick was quick responding to any questions I had. Accommodation was very spacious and clean! Deck had wonderful mountain views and was very quiet and relaxing. Was very close to the pool/hot tub area. The place had everything we needed and more. Can't imagine staying anywhere else. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property, quiet atmosphere, fully stocked kitchen, nice patio/deck area to sit and BBQ to use. Responsive host. Comfortable beds. Very short walk to the upper village and pools. Seen a few deer every morning. Would recommend to friends and family.

Property was nice and clean with a very responsive host. The one pocket door doesn’t latch and the stairwell needed paint from the mudding but neither materially detracts from the stay.

The homes location was perfect for our ski trip. The amenities were amazing and more than filled our needs. Home was spotless upon arrival and the kitchen had enough items to create the perfect family meals. The hot tub was an excellent addition to end a ski trip. They were quick to respond and even allowed us to have a late check out. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed!

Unlike some other places, this actually sleeps the amount stated comfortably. The kitchen was huge, with everything that you could possibly need. All instructions were clear and accurate. Loved the place.

Janine was very responsive and instructions were all very clear. She was flexible with our arrival as we were a bit early for check in. The place was very clean and well stocked kitchen. Had everything I needed for cooking. The location was great for skiing at Panorama. The condo development was great with the rec centre having extra things to do. The lake was fun for skating. The pool and hot tub was under maintenance for half of our stay which wasn’t clear at check in but Janine discounted $100 from our stay. Gym was super old and not really useable but we didn’t care about that but if you are a gym person maybe take note. The pool and hot tub were fun for the first two days there. The place was cozy and cute. Beds were pretty comfy and rooms decorated nicely. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you Janine.

Great place to stay. Near the golf course, lots of space. Unfortunately we received several "noise complaints" from an automated sensor system that was situated directly in front of the TVs sound bar. When the TV was on we would receive noise complaints. Thought it was the host messaging directly but then when they wouldn't reply we figured out it was a bot. We didn't figure this out until late in our trip and we were concerned because we genuinely weren't a loud group, and were being very respectful of the neighbors. We were in fact MUCH quieter than the house next to us, who were singing at the top of their lungs until 3 am one night. Other than this, and overall, the stay was excellent. Highly recommend.
