They have a lovely, comfortable, conveniently located place that’s a good value for a traveler!

Upon our arrival, we found that our host provided some fresh fruit and blueberry treats. After a long day's drive, the treats were most welcome. The house space was great. There was ample parking for our trucks, and although we did not use the outdoor table, chairs, and deck space-- it was nice! The convenience of the washer and dryer located upstairs was nice. The added items for pets (pet bed and water/feeding dish) did not go unnoticed. Though our pets did not stay on site, we appreciated the thoughtfulness. We will return to an outdoor event at John Flaherty Field Trial Grounds next year, and we plan to reach out to this host and the property listing!

Viktoriya’s place was a perfect place for a quick stay! Lots of windows to open for a breeze to come in to cool down the place! Viktoriya was very responsive and flexible. My flight landed at 1 and she let me check in early, free of charge! I’ll be back in Hartford this time next year and I would come back here!

Bryan and June’s place is peaceful and cozy, and the location by the river is spectacular. The kitchen was really comfortable, clean and usable with lots of cookware and nice quality dishes to eat off of; we easefully made multiple meals together and really enjoyed doing it - which isn’t always the case with Airbnbs. Both bedrooms are lovely, so if you’re in a group that needs both bedrooms, this is a rare find where EVERYONE gets “the nice room.” A rare find!! The beds are comfy and on the softer side, and should work great for 99% of people (they were just fine for my spouse and for our friend who traveled with us). IF you are someone who needs an especially firm and supportive bed due to back issues (my situation, sigh), they may not work for you. I’m only sharing that for anyone else in my very specific position, since I also rely on reviews for info like this!
