The country chateau is a warm welcoming house that was built in 1925 and still has many of the traditional features. Hardwood floors, oven, large bath tub and large rooms. Inside you will find calm colors and a cozy feeling to relax and rest during your stay. The vintage kitchen is fully equipped.

Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer) and oversized sun room that doubles as 3rd bedroom. Welcome to a cozy guesthouse behind my home that is just a few miles from I-44, Sheppard AFB, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guesthouse sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
