Il est équipé d'une kitchenette et d'un coin bureau et donne sur une terrasse privative. L'accès au logement passe par 2 escaliers. Les voyageurs ont à leur disposition exclusive une terrasse un sun-deck avec transats et un jacuzzi. La musique à l'extérieur n'est pas autorisée. Logement strictement non fumeur, intérieur et extérieur. Pas d'enfants, ni bébé.
