I love how close it was to downtown, just a 8 walk. The only thing I would change is darker shades in bedroom.

This a great upstairs unit that comfortably fit myself, my son and his girlfriend for 5 nights. It is located a block off of the west end of College Avenue and within easy walking distance to all of the places we wanted to go to including a restaurant, the YMCA, and a convenience store. The unit was very clean and looks just like the pictures. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit which we used several times. Yes, there is a train track that goes by a couple times a day but it is a "no horn" area so we weren't bothered by every day sounds of the city. Timothy was highly responsive to my messages before and during our stay. The check-in and out process is straightforward. I recommend this unit for singles, couples, and small families up to 5 people in total. While the unit is open to people with dogs, the unit smelled and looked very clean. I would stay here again.

Great place, great area, affordable, great host and all around great experience!

Three bedroom one bath, I was by myself so it was very roomy, though I could see how one bath with six people might be difficult. It looked like what I expected and had the amenities I needed. I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend. Easy walk or drive to many things in green bay and right off the highway. Easy checkout.

great place to stay for a relaxing get away

it is as listed Private bedroom with small smart tv, WiFi, Private bathroom and access to washer and dryer. All the comforts of home with nice carpet - it is a basement unit so no windows to block out light - sleep well. Mary was a kind and welcoming host, along with her disappearing cat.

We would recommend Cathy and Carrie AirBnB. Our extended family attended a family wedding, so having everyone together in one house was great. The place was exactly what we expected and Cathy & Carrie’s communication was FANTASTIC. We were there during a winter storm and they made sure the snow was plowed before we needed to get to our cars for the wedding (high heels in snow... not good). Our venue was at the Swan Club/Chicago banquet hall. Very close easy to get to which would have been great in a normal situation let alone the snowstorm we had while we were there. I stayed here for a month for work. The privacy was a plus and it felt like home away from home. Having the kitchen and washer and dryer was a huge plus. Tim was super responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing. Absolute Packer Heaven. I could have stayed on the couch looking out the window at Lambeau Field forever. I have been to Green Bay almost 100 times, and by far this was my favorite place to stay. Debbie is extremely friendly and helpful, always responsive, and I couldnt have been happier with our stay. This is a must stay for Packer die hards!

My son & I had a great stay @ Heather’s cozy cottage during his basketball tournament for the weekend. Perfect spot to come & go, quiet, clean, & Heather was attentive with all our questions/needs.

Amazing and unique home with a fun sense of history, but that backyard/dock just couldn’t be beat. We pretty much lived outside the entire trip and only came inside to sleep and eat. With the big old oaks, grassy areas everywhere, lake floaties, fire pits and tables/loungers/chair provided, this was the perfect summer vacation. The dock was perfect for jumping off of and we even caught two 5lb bass there! We stayed floating in the lake under the sun all day as the water was so clear that you could see to the bottom. The top was so still that it looked like glass. We got a daily show of some amazing ballet skiers, which we waited for every day as they went by on their boats. The kids caught tons of little bass and perch on the docs and the dogs loved swimming and running on the incredibly large lot. It was cool and comfortable, both inside and out of the house. Great restaurants nearby and fun place to walk the dogs. We’ll definitely be back, everyone who visited wanted to book it too!
