It is 7mins drive to the U of M, 20mins to Downtown, 8min walk to bus stop, play park and few minutes drive to shops and gas stations. There are a couple of lakes in the neighborhood with trails around to enjoy nature. The house opens up to a lake at the back with a big backyard and has large windows that overlook the lake and you can enjoy a cup of coffee while looking at the beautiful scenery.

A modern new build 2nd floor condo. There is no view from the balcony of the condo. When booking you will have access to the rooftop common space with a pool-table, BBQs, lounge, gym, theatre, and the skywalk that connects the building to all of downtown. Especially useful in our frigid winters. Parking is not included but it is available. The condo itself has all new appliances, furniture and fixtures.
