A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

We will be completely renovating our timber-framed house, which dates from around 1900, in 2025/2026. True to the motto “old roots, new comfort,” you can enjoy a wonderfully cozy place to stay with modern features. Note: The garden is not yet usable, and there is still work being done in the house (upstairs and in the 2nd bathroom > but with a separate entrance). However, there may be some construction noise during the day.
