Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Winter Haven

We are so thankful to lux for his wonderful hospitality with the Airbnb. It was perfect for our family as we attended a wedding 5 minutes away. He was more than willing to accommodate our needs and went above and beyond our expectations! We are so happy to have found this place and had a wonderful time!

Everything about our stay was great!! Plenty of room for us (4 adults, 4 kids) the pool and trampoline kept the kids busy. There’s also a grill, so we grilled hot dogs and hamburgers for dinner on the patio! It really sets the mood out there! We loved it, we will definitely be back in our future stays in Lakeland! The host was very helpful with check-in and responded very quickly with the questions I had!

It felt like home. Enjoyed family time together with plenty of room. Quiet surroundings and close to everything we needed.

Laura was great, very responsive to our messages and dealt with everything promptly. The villa was lovely, really clean and well presented, just as expected from the photos. We had quiet of bugs in the master bath tub, Laura assured us this is due to the season and being by the lake however, very quickly organised someone to come out and spray them the next morning and we had no more bugs the rest of our 2 weeks stay!! The pool was lovely, the kids absolutely loved it. There were already inflatables there for the pool which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the distance from the villa to Disney and universal. On average, it would take 45 minutes to get to Disney factoring in traffic. To get home late at night we would average 35 minutes with light to little traffic. Universal was averaging 1 hour to get there in the morning and about 45 minutes home at night. This meant we couldn’t “pop back to the pool” in the afternoon heat as would take 1.5-2hours of the afternoon.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb while visiting Disney with our family, including our girls and baby son. The house had everything we needed to comfortably accommodate our family, and it was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was peaceful and nice, making it a perfect place to relax after busy days at the parks. The owner was very responsive and attentive, anytime we ran into a couple of minor issues, he was quick to address and resolve them, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we highly recommend this property for families visiting the area. It made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free!

Nieta knows how to welcome you to her place. All good hosts have their place ready—but few show the level of careful anticipation. From labels in the cabinets, fresh fruit flowers and eggs(!), to bathroom necessities and a wildly well-stocked coffee bar, Nieta wants you to have a great time. You feel like an honored and cherished family member.

Nancy was great! This is my second time staying here and will definitely be back.

I honestly have no complaints about this airbnb. It was clean and in a good location. Close to good shopping, good restaurants and not a far drive from Universal and the convention center which were a big deal for us since we stayed for a cheer competition. The only and I mean only downfall was the master bedroom is closest to the road so we heard loud cars/music periodically but we would stay again when or if we make our way back to Orlando! Definitely recommend!

Rita’s place was bright and colorful as pictured. My boys loved the Star Wars theme in the bedroom. She sent messages with detailed information and instructions prior to our arrival and sent a message to check on us while we were there. The location was nice and is a great neighborhood. We would stay there again.

Very comfortable and clean accommodations, ! We went to SeaWorld for the day, this location is perfect,,, only 1/2-2 miles away yet away from the hustle, bustle & traffic of the attractions!!! The pool was beautiful and within walking distance and a wonderful addition was the splash pad if you have little children. Also, the pool has a sitting area for little ones which was great. The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking but no dish cloth or scrubby’s for dishes so bring your own. Also the bathroom between the 2 bedrooms shower is opposite so cold is hot & hot is cold….not a big deal if you know ahead of time!

Sophia’s home was beautiful and she is truly such an incredible host - She made sure my family and I felt right at home ! I truly appreciate how clean everything was and most importantly how accommodating she was. The house was exactly like the pictures and for sure felt like Christmas in May, which was a very magical feeling for all of us. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay from comfortable beds to pots/pans and of course even coffee pods. We requested a later check out and she went out of her way to make sure we could all have a bit more rest after being at Disney all day on Saturday. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone, don’t think twice and just book it because you’ll have the most wonderful stay but most importantly an amazing host ! We truly can’t wait to stay again.

Mikes place was exactly as described , TV’s are way bigger than the photos provided. Check in is easy you don’t have to talk to nobody at the front desk easy access in and out . There is construction going on around the property but that wasn’t a downfall to me. Only downfall is the water is lukewarm in the shower I’m a hot hot hot water person but I understand all residents are on a water heater so overall I am really greatful and appreciative of my stay and highly recommend if you just want somewhere peaceful and nice to sleep at

Thank you so much for letting us into your home. You have the most beautiful stocked home I’ve ever been in. There was so much I didn’t need to buy because you already had it which I loved! You had everything from blankets towels cookware bathroom supplies cleaning supplies mop pads seasoning cooking oils pool floaties propane from last guest..on top of having the most peaceful beautiful home! Kept it really easy to keep house clean! The waterfall pool the openess of the whole home made it perfect. The host was there for any questions I had always answered within 5-10 minutes I really appreciate you opening your house as well as still caring and being there for your guest at any time. Anytime I’m ever in Florida I will definitely keep this home in mind definitely worth it in every way!

This place is amazing. The amenities were awesome for kids. The game room is highly recommend for adults and kids. The pool was great and the spa was nice for after a long day. The themed rooms were amazing the kids switched rooms nightly to get the full experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home in Davenport! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about Nicola and her property. Our vacation started out rocky at a not so stellar condo. Thankfully we found her property and she was able to accommodate my family the very next day. The house is just as described, very spacious and clean! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Nicola was quick to respond to any of our needs. I will definitely be booking here if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU for being amazing!!
