This is a beautiful open plan 2 bed cottage on one level. Tucked behind the sand dunes of an award winning beach & situated directly on the coastal path. The cottage is cosy with wood floors throughout & well equipped for your stay. The wood burner makes this the perfect retreat even in the winter. The cottage is completely fenced in & dog friendly (can't guarantee your dog won't get out depending on its size) . Supermarkets will deliver. The cottage has a selection of bicycles for your use.

Ideal for short-stays, The Smokehouse Annexe is a petite but stylish one-bedroomed, dog-friendly holiday pad with a secure private patio providing direct access to Winterton-Horsey Dunes National Nature Reserve and the beautiful Winterton-on-Sea beach. Completely self-contained, the Annexe is set out over two floors, with a compact shower room, small kitchenette and sitting area leading to the patio. A lovely spiral staircase leads you up to the bedroom which has fantastic views over the dunes.

Henrys Cottage is a place to make you smile. A warm friendly old fishermans cottage, where I hope you'll feel at home straight away, it is very comfortable & well equipped. Ideal for families & couples, with lots of things to keep you entertained. There is a pub, cafe, shop, fish and chips shop and the beach are all just minutes away. Pets & smoking are not allowed for a more pleasant environment. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Steep, wooden turning stairs.
