The place was great and convenient for walking to lots of bars and restaurants. As described we were barely able to hear the bar below but it wasn’t disturbing or annoying. The tv easily drowned out the little bit of noise so don’t let that deter you. Plenty of parking and the place was really nice. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in town!

What a cozy peaceful apartment, very clean modern build with a few simple country decor items. Very peaceful and private for a little weekend getaway, a quiet peaceful remote work trip, or a stop on a road trip. Easu climate control, good Wi-Fi, plenty of blankets and kitchen items.

Lil’ Dock was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend visit. Downtown New Bern is just a short drive away, and we also got the quiet river view that comes with not staying right in the city. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed the space to spread out. The kids spent a lot of time honing their skills around the ping pong table! The host was extremely gracious, attentive, and responsive. The beds were very comfortable; everything was clean clean clean. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

This was my second stay at Becky’s property. This is one of the most quiet, comfortable places I have ever stayed. Everything is always in order, the property is spotless, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that is close to all amenities. I will always check to see if any of Becky’s properties are available before I look elsewhere. 5 stars all the way around!

In Greenville ECU graduation and wanted a place to be able to relax, have a kitchen and not be a hotel. Out stay at Claudine’s was great, easy check in, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and we were able to see different parts of Greenville.

It was like staying at my grandmothers house. My only complaint, which is a total personal preference, the bed was firmer than I liked. Other than that it was an amazing place to rent and we will be returning next time we are in town.

We absolutely adored this charming and beautifully appointed cottage. Tonyia has done a lovely and imaginative job of renovating and decorating this 18th century home. It has very lovely furnishings and a very cheery feel. The kitchen is quite cute and up to date. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The 2 full bathrooms are also spacious and extremely clean. The upstairs master bath vanity and sink is precious! In the back of the house there is lovely deck with a small grill, a patio table and a private driveway. We greatly enjoyed our stay in Tonyia’s Airbnb!

Great place to stay! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, playing golf at Harbour pointe and exploring downtown new Bern on day 1, and then touring tryon palace, playing disc golf, and enjoying the amenities on property on day 2. Sara’s is a great dinner spot nearby for dine in or pick up!

This place is very well appointed - anything you might need was there! It's a lovely space, nicely decorated in an oceanside theme, spotlessly clean, with comfortable furniture and a comfortable bed. The owner offered access to a nearby recreation center, and we would have loved to but it was very much a working weekend for us and we did not have time to take advantage of that. There's plenty of parking available and getting in was quick and easy. Highly recommended and would rent again next time we need a place in the area!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

My family & I had a great stay, beautiful home with everything we needed. Dawn was very responsive and helpful. We saw lots of deer and squirrels, moon over the river was beautiful. A great retreat after beach days and running around New Bern.

We had a wonderful stay at this new listing! The home is very comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the beautiful deck overlooking the Neuse River — the view is absolutely stunning and made for peaceful mornings and unforgettable sunsets. Although this is a new listing, everything was smooth and thoughtfully prepared. I'm sure the owner will earn Super host status in no time. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

Stayed in this gorgeous apartment for our daughter’s graduation. Not only beautifully decorated but also has everything you need and more. This place exceeded our expectations and set the bar high. The rooftop is a getaway with its own half bath, wet bar and views. As a terrific communicator Jen made our experience seamless. Definitely the best place to stay in Greenville!

Cozy and comfortable place. Ideal for families. We have felt at home. The decoration is beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. On top of it, the guests were very kind and helpful.
