Welcome to our quiet, independent, single-storey cottage, 5 minutes from Colmar. You can enjoy a small corner of nature with a private terrace facing a large garden to discover, away from the roads while being close to the typical places to visit. Private parking space inside the property and secure location for bicycles. We took great care to prepare this space for you to feel at home, surrounded by comfort and tranquility.

Comfortable studio with free parking, quiet, close to the center of the village and all local shops. 5 km from Colmar, the studio includes a living room with open kitchen and a shower room. It is equipped with a full kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, glass-ceramic stovetop, coffee maker (1 filter and a Senseo, kettle, tap filtration system for quality water), washing machine, flat-screen TV, internet (fiber) bed and sofa.

Our cottages are at the foot of the vineyards, not overlooked. 300 meters from a bus stop and close to the village center. Close to Colmar ( 2.4 kms ) , Eguisheim( 1 kms ) and typical Alsatian villages. This cottage is a new construction (2024) and has a kitchen, bathroom, wc, living room with sofa and bedroom, terrace, parking and a large orchard. We have a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible to our cottages
