Niagara Falls is a 1.5-hour drive, Zippo 30 minutes. Walmart and movie theater are 2 miles away. Many restaurants are nearby. A seasonal 2 screen drive-in movie theater-20 min. drive. 2 queen beds , 1 double bed, and a chair converts to a twin size bed. Fully equipped kitchen.

This is a very quiet property set back in the woods. This log cabin has a wood burning fireplace indoors making it nice and cozy. Large firepit outside for bonfires. This cabin is in the woods so you will see insects and wildlife, we do spray for insects and mice but there is only so much we can do. We have 17 acres for you to walk around and explore! Enjoy time at our pond, feel free to fish but ask you to release them because we love our wildlife. Close to Letchworth State park!

Features 2 bedrooms with 4 twin beds, full kitchen, WiFi, DirecTV, gas fireplace, AC, sauna, and 1 full bath. Our cabin also has a large loft area with a futon and 4 twin beds. Comfortably sleeps between six and eight guests with air conditioning and heating. Kitchen stocked with cooking essentials.

This old house has the grandparents house clean cozy feel, small kitchen, laundry, dining area and living room, both bedrooms have 1 new quality mattress each, this location only has 2 queen beds but also does have a pull out couch and a flex steel sofa w 2 loungers.
