BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Siegrid Vacation Rental - Sun, Sand and Sea

The sunny and quiet apartment Siegrid - sun, sand and sea is located in Boltenhagen in the district of Tarnewitz and is the right choice for a successful vacation near the Baltic Sea. The accommodation is harmoniously equipped with furniture and can accommodate 2 holidaymakers. This accommodation is the ideal starting point for a short trip to the seal sand bench with the MS Seebär from the jetty D (Weisse Wiek). On this sandbank you can see seals, seals, sea eagles, cormorant seagulls.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a listed villa. The well-known architect Thormann has built the villa for himself about 1860 as a residence. The villa is located in the centre of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the marina worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage City, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches Boltenhagen , island Poel or Kühlungsborn.

The apartment was earlier a bakery and has now been comprehensively renovated and modern. The clay walls were reconstructed in some areas of the apartment (great indoor climate). It is now a great studio apartment for 2 persons. Extra sleeping facilities for one to two people are available on request. The location of the apartment is ideal: you can explore the entire old town and the Old Port on foot. By car, it's about a 15-minute drive to the beach.

Meine Gäste sprechen z.b: vom "einzigartigen Erlebnis", vom "liebevoll ausgebauten Bauwagen" und dem "tollem Flair" in "großartiger Umgebung". Ich sage: Es gibt kein WLAN! Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Small, lovingly restored studio- apartment near the old harbour( ca. 20m²). Train station bus terminal and a big parking site are a few minutes walk away.
