BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. City apartment near the harbor

The apartment is located on Wismar's "Ziegenmarkt" , meaning the old town, harbor, restaurant district, pedestrian zone, market square, bike rental, train station, and more are all just around the corner. The apartment is spread over two floors and has a total area of ​​approximately 70 m². The first floor features a living-kitchen area, while the second floor houses the two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a 160 cm wide bed. Please note: typical townhouse and the stairs are very steep!

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. The property was completed in early June 2024 and is the ideal base for cycling tours

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. The apartment used to be a bakery and has now been extensively renovated and modernly redesigned. The clay walls were reconstructed in some areas of the apartment (great indoor climate). It is now a great studio apartment for 2 people. Additional sleeping options for one to two people are possible on request if required. The location of the apartment is ideal: the entire old town and the old harbor can be explored on foot. By car, it's about 15 minutes' drive to the beach.
