South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the countryside. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Lucinda’s place was perfect for our trip to the area for a friend’s wedding. Lucinda was super friendly and accommodating; we were grateful for being able to charge our car for our journey home. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We also admired Lucinda’s beautiful garden - great for capturing a few photos before we headed to the wedding. I would certainly recommend Lucinda’s place to others!

Easy to find, nice and peaceful, clean and fresh looking, very comfortable, even the bed was really comfortable which is so important ! Andrea left us some milk in the fridge which was wonderful and she popped round to see if we were ok and if we needed a fan as it was so hot but actually the place was lovely and cool. A most enjoyable stay. Thank you Andrea.
