Brand new woodland cabin set in the countryside with amazing views out onto the cropped fields. Enjoy full privacy of the secluded woodland with nobody else having access to it. The former insulated refrigerator unit has been converted with all the mod cons including fully functional kitchen, wet room with shower, underfloor heating and 2 TV's connected to wifi. Walk out onto the amazing patio with outdoor furniture and most important relax in the hot tub looking out at the amazing views. Enjoy

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Relax as a small family or couple at this peaceful place to stay. Close to York, the coast or even the bright lights of Leeds. Come and be part of our welcoming village for the weekend or maybe even a week. We are convenient for the wedding venues of the Oakwood at Ryther and Deighton Lodge, Deighton. No.3 is next to No. 4, our sister property and can be rented together to accommodate up to 8 guests. Please note there is no parking at the cottage but on street parking is available close by.
