The barn is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built into the old shed. As a result, you are almost literally sleeping in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has a private terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stall with us (indoor and/or outdoor). Nieuwleusen is located in the fighting valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive, Giethoorn half an hour.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. In this area you can walk and cycle, such as "het Reestdal" and "het Staphorsterbos". In the area there are entrepreneurs who sell local products at home. The places Balkbrug and Nieuwleusen are 5 km away with basic facilities. Larger places nearby are Zwolle, Meppel, Dalfsen and Ommen.
