A sparkling clean house, furnished with lots of love and practicality. There are many small details to discover, the terrace and the garden invite you to use them. The environment is amazingly versatile. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The tips we received were extremely helpful.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

We had a great stay, we liked the entire equipment very much, a lot of attention to detail, really all around cozy, so that you feel right at home. The loft was easy to find and communication with Pasquale was flawless, questions were answered super fast. We will certainly come back.

We had a very pleasant stay. Cedric and his family are very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed spending a weekend on their farm. The alpacas are a great addition, very nice to meet them.

Everything was perfect, the hostess was very responsive and created very comfortable conditions with a gorgeous view of the lake, we felt at home, the reality exceeded expectations and special thanks for the compliment in the form of flowers, fruits and sweets. I recommend it 100%!

Modern and comfortable apartment in a very good central location in Bochum. It is only 3-5 minutes on foot to the next subway station ("Jahrhunderthalle"), a PENNY market or about 10-15 minutes to the city center and to the "Bermuda3eck" (B3E). Very friendly hosts - I would take this modern and tastefully furnished accommodation again at any time!

This was my second stay at Magdalena and Karsten’s place, and once again, everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. They’re thoughtful and reliable hosts who clearly care about their guests’ experience. I really appreciate the consistency and warm hospitality. I’m already looking forward to coming back to your place next month!

Heinz and Monica are nice people. Upon arrival, they offered us a bottle of wine, in our case a bottle of white and a bottle of red. During our stay we had regular contact, about everyday and personal things. You can tell that they are hospitable people: there is activity all day on the property, in the vegetable garden, by the sheep, the llamas. We could sit outside on our private terrace. We stayed an extra day. It won't be that nice this vacation anymore.

The three of us stayed at Corinna's place for three days. Even before that, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment in which everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. The apartment is very centrally located near the busy Rüttenscheider Straße, but since the apartment is located at the back in the green courtyard, you will hardly notice the city noise. Everything was super clean and stylish, the bed was totally comfortable and even in the mini kitchen there was everything necessary plus some basic food. We were warmly received in person and the accommodation was personally presented, so that no questions remained unanswered. The accommodation is very lovingly decorated and we felt very comfortable. Nothing is missing. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Several pillows are available for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also well equipped. The accommodation is beautifully quiet and yet very central. Just perfect for a nice stay in Dortmund. Thank you very much.

A wonderful, elegant and luxurious home with wonderful hosts. We had a lot of fun. We felt like we were on our honeymoon. This home will definitely be my destination when I come to Bochum again.
