Garten und Hunden/Katzen angeschlossen; wenn gewünscht. Es gibt in der WG ein Zimmer mit Arcade, Tischtennis und Dart. Aber Achtung: Es handelt sich um einen Altbau! 😉

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our place is located in the center of Witten Annen in a cul-de-sac. You can walk to the bus and train. The University of Witten Herdecke is also within walking distance. The city of Dortmund can be reached in 11 minutes by S5. We are child and dog friendly. For the little guests, a crib and toys are available in the apartment. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Our property is located in the center of Schwerte. On foot you can reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafés, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. The Rohrmeisterei is also just a stone's throw from us. Our garden and our route can also be used. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.
