We are offering this cozily furnished upstairs apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023. Ideal for two people, without children, without animals. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, hairdryer, shower and shampoo, the kitchen even with a dishwasher. The infrared sauna offers pure relaxation, as does the garden terrace A small forest with pond is within walking distance and the East Frisian hiking trail is directly adjacent to our farm. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").
