The house was located in a nice area which was very close to local grocery stores, parks, and tennis courts. The place was spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook anything you want. Jeesoo was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing I would say as an FYI is that the bed is rather firm and if you plan to work from here the wifi can be spotty at times. Overall was a great place for my husband and I to stay

wir habem zum zweiten Mal bei Rainbow übernachtet. Es war genau so toll, freundlich, ruhig, angenehm wie zuvor. Wir haben uns direkt von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Von da aus sind wir überall hingekommen. wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und haben festgestellt, dass es ein riesiges Vorteil und wertvoll es ist, wenn man kostenlosen Stellplatz hat. danke Rainbow für die tolle Unterkunft

What a great host with quick, friendly and informative communication. Easy and convenient check in and check out. The place was so big and comfy. So many wonderful amenities and a huge comfy bed. So many modern touches that made me wish I had them at home too, like a motion sensitive night light in the bathroom. The TVs had Roku so I could easily use any of my streaming services by just signing in. Made me feel right at home. They also offered a parking spot which was an amazing game changer in a city where parking is a premium. I was very comfortable and satisfied and what a great bargain too. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Doug’s lower-level suite was fantastic! The space was even better than the photos — extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Doug was a warm and welcoming host, quick to respond and genuinely kind. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown west, but tucked away on a quiet side street that felt peaceful and private. We walked everywhere with ease, and the 48-hour street parking pass we purchased made things super convenient. Can’t wait to stay again!

Our recent experience at Shaunvir and Sydney's guest suite was very comfortable, spacious and well equiped. It didn't feel like a basement apartment as there were lots of windows, 9 ft. ceilings and a private entrance that led out to a pretty & private backyard. We loved having 2 bathrooms and it was nice to have a large sparkling clean tub to soak in if you enjoy baths. The kitchen had an abundance of storage and perfect for long term rentals. There was also a walk in closet with shelving in the main bedroom that was perfect for keeping everything organized! We barely heard anything on the main floor other than the occasional muffled footstep. I ran into the owners who lives on the main floor only a couple times in the almost 2 weeks of residing here and they were very respectful, kind and friendly. Overall it was a wonderful AIRBNB experience. Communication with Sydney was top notch. Availability seems to fill up quite quickly and we understand why!

Lesley is a wonderful host! Her place is exactly like the description! A lot to do in this area of the city. Everything was perfect!! We enjoyed our stay and discovered the surroundings : cute cafes, boutiques, restaurant, parks, etc. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and will keep this address in mind for my next visit to Toronto!

I stayed here with my family for two nights while visiting the city! The space was super nice and welcoming. Spotless, updated, and comfortable. About a 10min walk to transit but straight forward and the neighbourhood felt very safe.

Just completed my latest extended stay in Unit #2. This apartment has been like home. It’s a great spot, clean, peaceful neighborhood, and short drive (4.5km) to everything you need. Tracey is always ready to assist with anything that pops up and is very friendly and easily to deal with. Hope to visit again soon :)

Definitely a cute little spot to stay with great privacy and a very quiet surroundings! However we were under the impression we were getting new not used shampoo and conditioner, like it shows in the pictures, The ones in the bathroom were already used by previous guests, leading us to buy our own! Everything else was fantastic and Aparna and Shuvashish were so accommodating and helpful!

An absolute gem! The space is beautifully decorated, very minimal yet cozy and spacious. Super clean and tidy. The roof deck was nice to lounge on. Quiet neighborhood with lots to do nearby. Hosts were communicative and very accommodating. Snacks and a stocked mini fridge was a bonus. Very well curated and set up. All and all a lovely place to stay, would highly recommend.

This was a great space to stay. Walking the neighborhood was perfect for us, thrift stores, great cafes, and other food. Getting Lyft pick up was also easy to get to other areas of Toronto. Hosts were great, as this is a basement apartment, we did hear some activity above us during the day, but nothing at night when sleeping. Would stay here again.

I ch pose this Airbnb bc of the reviews of the comfy bed and the pics including many pillows - and I’m so glad I did! It was very comfortable, especially as I had thrown my back out right before my international flight to Canada, and really needed a nice place to recuperate. Thank you :)

Shirley and Brad were absolutely phenomenal hosts! From when we had first booked their apartment, we were given clear instructions on how to enter the apartment, what amenities we were to have, and any other items that we needed to know. Upon entering the apartment, we were surprised to see a bottle of wine and a card dedicated to us for our anniversary. We were touched, and definitely felt honoured to be staying in an accommodation with such caring hosts! The apartment was exactly as described; it was clean, spacious, and bright. We had access to the backyard, along with many other amenities such as board games, Netflix, and YouTube, just to name a few. We felt comfortable and welcome during our entire stay; the apartment was quiet, and in a safe area. We were also given complimentary snacks, along with chocolates on the towels in the bedroom. Will definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone that wants to have a stay worth remembering!

This is a great value for the price. My inquiries were responded to promptly. The space was clean and in great condition. The temperature within was cool at all times and the amenities provided were perfect for my trip. The check in process was easy. Nice basement suite in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Minutes away from coffee shops and grocery. Coffee, tea, ice are supplied in the kitchen. The kitchen has basic cooking utensils. I bedroom has a twin bed and a floor bed. There’s another private bedroom with double bed. Iron and Blow dryer supplied. Our host greeted us when we arrived and offered some tips on where to shop and how to navigate traffic. Our host gifted us with chocolate when we left and wished us a safe journey home. I felt safe and knew I could rely on my host if I needed to.

My partner and I were completely flabbergasted! it’s just stunning. For me, what made it even more special is that I live fairly close by, so discovering a hidden gem like this right around the corner felt like a dream. Everything the other reviews have said is absolutely true: the attention to detail, the cleanliness, the comfort, the peacefulness … every bit of it exceeded expectations. The suite itself is romantic, cozy, and incredibly well cared for. It’s more than just a place to stay, it’s an experience. I had a fantastic stay at Andrii’s place. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The quality of the space was amazing, with comfortable furnishings and great attention to detail. It truly felt like a home away from home. Andrii was a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
