It was completely renovated in 2020, in pure 1900 industrial style (wood, iron, bricks). 3 bedrooms with sea view (including 1 dormitory bedroom with 4 beds). 2 bathrooms (including 1 for beach access). 1 living room. 1 kitchen. 1 terrace. 1 garden.

Small fisherman's house located a few meters from the beach. Dining room with living room, TV area, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen. Upstairs large bedroom with double bed but possibility to make two single beds, an extra bed and baby crib. On the ground floor, sofa bed for two people. Back kitchen for storing beach items, bikes... south-facing terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
