The apartment consists of a large living/sleeping room (equipped kitchen, dining area, double bed and sofa) with a large balcony. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. There is plenty of space around the house to play and romp. Next door is the stable building. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017! Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Molpertshaus liegt 6 km von der Kurstadt Bad Waldsee und 9 km von der Kurstadt Bad Wurzach entfernt. Die Stadt der Türme und Tore Ravensburg ist 19 km, die Stadt Wangen im Allgäu 25 km, entfernt. Nach Lindau am Bodensee sowie nach Friedrichshafen beträgt die Entfernung 45 km.

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!
