Our Landshütt is situated at 1,550 metres directly next to a ski area, hiking and cycling trails. In the centre of a hut village on Klippitztörl. On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside.

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben zwei Grill-/Feuerplätzen, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

Unser Ferienhaus Murmeltier liegt auf 1520 m Höhe mit einem herrlichen Weitblick nach Süden mitten im Wander- und Skiparadies Klippitztörl. Es verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung mit Sauna und Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Die nächstgelegene Skipiste ist nur 700 m entfernt. Das Skigebiet Klippitztörl ist ein Familienskigebiet mit ca. 20 km Skipisten, die man sich nur mit wenigen Skifahrern teilen muss. Viele gemütliche Skihütten laden zu einer Pause ein. Gratis WLAN.
