House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house on the lake, my personal dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

The beds have been upgraded with the highest quality mattresses and toppers A 50" UHD TV with entertainment system is another highlight In summer the spacious wooden terrace invites you to enjoy the view.

Our quietly located luxury chalet is on the edge of the forest in a small-scale holiday park, close to the village of Stadl an der Mur. The chalet is beautifully situated on a mountain slope, giving you a beautiful view over the mountains and the valley, with the village of Stadl in the distance. The living area of the chalet is 115m2, with a spacious and sunny terrace all around. In the immediate vicinity are the beautiful and cozy ski areas of Kreischberg, Katschberg and Turracher Höhe.

Welcome to winter at Chalet 307 at Turracher Höhe🏔️⛷️❄️. We are located in the center of Turracher Höhe. A cozy 2-bedroom chalet for up to 5 in Austria’s fairytale destination. Just a short walk (5 minutes) and you can enter the slopes. The big advantage of this location is, that the beautiful Turrachersee with different bars and restaurants around is reachable within a few walking minutes. Our doors are open for you, all year round.
