A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. Our small apartment (44 m²) in the Wolgaster Altstadt is happy about your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are in walking distance. A free parking space for smaller cars (quite tight, up to the size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modernity and country house charm makes this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peen Valley - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: it takes about 30 minutes by car to reach the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)
