Stepping out the front door offers a magnificent view of the Karniner Lotsenturm, the Peene and one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. It's wonderful to experience the many animals. From the living room with open kitchen and from the main bedroom you can use the 44 sqm wooden terrace. If the weather permits, you will experience an incredible starry sky.

The fenced garden and the approx. 40 m² living area are perfect for single people, couples or with the pull-out sofa in the living room even small families. The settlement on the Kiessee is a few minutes away from the beautiful and very clean bathing lake.

It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for toddlers as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
