Great location if you love spending time at the beach. Property clean, neat and tidy and in a nice quiet location. Would stay again.

Excellent apartment, well furnished and well appointed kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Great towels too. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and we loved the balcony and view of Jervis Bay. The one issue we had, we notified the property manager on a Saturday morning and they rectified the problem that day. Very impressed with their response.

It was exactly what we needed after walking the Royal Coastal track! Thoughtful touches made us feel right at home, and the apartment was beautifully clean. We enjoyed the serene river views with plentiful birdlife which were even better for being on the first floor.

We absolutely loved our stay at this amazing property! The location is unbeatable — right across from Huskisson Beach with stunning water views, and just a few minutes’ walk to the local market and cafes. The interiors are beautifully done, with a lot of thought put into the design and comfort. The kitchen was well-stocked with pantry essentials, and there were plenty of games to keep the kids entertained. Every detail was well considered, making it a perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely place very short walk to the beach and cafes. Mollymook is a wonderful town with great access to bigger towns with shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely return.

Such a cosy stay! The gas heater warms the place up so well and you don’t even know you are living at the back of someone’s house. Bed is really comfortable and the bath is a welcoming addition after a day at the beach. Kathy & Rod were really flexible with check out times and lots of little surprises were left on arrival for us. A lovely place to stay in Kiama.

Jason's place is a peace of heaven, amazing views and truly a lovely part of the world. It was also very, very comfortable and worth the visit!

We had a fantastic time at Tide. The house has a beautiful location right by the water’s edge. It looks just like the pictures. It is warm & has everything you need. The communication was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place with plenty of space. All the amenities were amazing, huge kitchen, oven, bbq. Lots of space in the backyard for activities. The restaurants across the road are really good, would highly recommend the Mexican place and the coffee van. Easy and only 15min walk to get to the beach though we ended up driving each day. Beds were super comfortable.

Perfect beach getaway. Private beach access. The place has lots of room and a spacious well equipped kitchen. Love the welcome gifts. Mel was a great host, very welcoming and willing to accommodate all our needs. The grill was great to use and beds were comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The views were gorgeous, truly a perfect place to unwind and relax! The location was also fantastic, close to the beach, great restaurants, and shops. The fully fenced backyard was a big bonus, especially for our beautiful pup who had a great time exploring safely. The house is modern and clean, but very minor improvements could really take the experience to the next level, such as the house could benefit from more mirrors to assist with getting ready, particularly in bedrooms and the toilet, especially given the single bathroom. That said, the additional separate toilet definitely helped when staying with multiple families. All in all, a gorgeous stay and would love to come back again soon. Thank you!

Wonderful little place in Culburra beach! Excellent access to the beach, and plenty of ammenities for you to use. Wouldn't hesitate to book again :)

We had an incredible time!! Very beautiful home and location. Easy minute walk to the beach, with great sunrise views from the balcony. The property was well kept and really gave us the relaxing Aussie beach getaway experience we were looking for. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. 10/10 highly recommended
