Many shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is on the 1st floor. With a very spacious living room (with 2 sofa bed), a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. At the duplex, you have one bedroom. You will have your terrace with access to your private garden which are facing south.

Il au 3e étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. 😌A 5 min des commerces, restaurants et transports en commun. Centre ville à 35-40 min en transports. Parking gratuit à 7 min à pied de la maison ⚠️ pas de visiteurs autorisés.
