In the very pleasant Gribaumont district, between the Montgomery and Josephine-Charlotte metro stations, you will be 5 minutes from the European district and less than 10 minutes from the city center. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is on the 1st floor. With a very spacious living room (with 2 sofa bed), a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen.
