It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Ocean views, native birds and trees

Described as a 'tree house' the apartment is light, airy and spacious (snug in winter) with ocean and bush views, located 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a separate entrance and a large sunny deck overlooking lush native bush to the ocean below. There is no kitchen but there is a sink under cover on the deck & we provide a BBQ, microwave, bar fridge, kettle and toaster with essential crockery and cutlery. We provide guests with fresh coffee, tea, milk and home made muesli upon arrival.

"Seacliff Otford" is just 60mins from Sydney CBD yet feels a million miles away. The house is on 2 acres, perched on the top of a hill, enjoying panoramic ocean views. A spacious self-contained retreat with private entrance situated right next to the rainforest. The relaxing interior includes a wood fire, air conditioning and a modern kitchen with all appliances. The marble bathroom is stunning. Outside is a wonderful area for dining day or night with a gas BBQ. Privacy screens separate you from the main house. Enjoy sounds of the rainforest, including lyrebirds, while enjoying coffee and breakfast on the private balcony.

Welcome to Little Silvergums! She is positioned on a beautiful farm estate tucked into a secluded corner adjacent to the iconic Australian bush. It has a stunning view of the Aussie bushlands, views of horses, alpacas, dams and abundant wildlife including native birds. It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .

The cottage is surrounded by bush and beach with spectacular escapement views from the front and back deck. Only 10mins walk to the station.

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds.
