This unit features sleeping space for up to 4 adults, spacious bathroom, dining area, and full kitchen with eating & cookware. We have 3 suites to choose from, so look at the others too!

Welcome to The Holbrook House - our lakefront home on beautiful Lake Holbrook. Enjoy sunshine in the pool, catch fireflies on the one-acre lot or bring your boat to fish! Take in the small town charm of Mineola with a 5 minute drive to downtown antique shopping, local treats and historic movie theater; or travel 25 minutes to Canton for your next flea market find! As our family's personal getaway, it makes our hearts happy when other families/guests enjoy the space when we aren't in town.

The home is a rustic cabin. Gorgeous 3/2 with 1/1 guest house right on the water. Fish from the covered dock, tie up your boat, bbq, swim in new in-ground pool or lake, play some of the many games, poker, paddle in the paddleboat, roast smores over the fire pit, bbq dinner, watch the sunset from the amazing patio, and enjoy a meal in the rustic and elegant kitchen. Welcome to Off the Hook our little piece of paradise located at Bass Captial of Texas, Lake Fork! Our tiny home is located close to a private boat ramp & fishing dock! Kick your shoe off and relax, we have just put in a new propane grill and new fire pit with a grill on top too, enjoy the outdoors and eat outside on the picnic table! You may only fish on the dock and you must stay on our property.
