Great place, quiet street Big yard for kids & dogs. Great location and clean & tidy

Lovely quaint & quirky property with no tv, to entice family quailty time together, books and board games, has everything you need. Dog friendly. Good location, if you like short strolls - easy 7min walk to the dog beach, local kiosk/cafe for coffee and fish & chips. (Closest beach is not dog friendly). fully fenced back yard for young kids/dogs. We will return! 😊

Solid wifi, clean and quiet space, good communication and comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended.

Found Scott’s place to be above average, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The outdoor area is sensational also. Everything was exceptionally clean and exactly matched the photos and descriptions. Definitely 10/10 from us.

Tiny Away was located in a tranquil, peaceful, private secluded spot. Close to Howard and neighbouring townships of Burrum Heads, Hervey Bay and Maryborough. Easy access and instructions for access was clear. Our hosts were friendly and communicated well, always responded within 30 minutes. We would recommend the Tiny Away at Howard to anyone.

We had a great family trip at Chelsea’s place, the house was great and walking distance to cafe and the water

Jan promptly responded to our last minute message for help when another booking fell through. Her cottage was beautifully presented with so many little touches that made it so inviting and comfortable. We highly recommend this little oasis conveniently located to main area of Bargara and the surrounds. Also highly recommend the Thai takeaway/restaurant 100m away.

From the Start Kayla was very friendly and responsive to my and my family’s needs before during and after our stay. The home its self was beautiful! Very clean and a stand out point for us was the comfortable beds and Pillows! I need to know where you bought these from. Thank you for opening your air bnb to us.

Kids absolutely loved seeing all the animals and there was so many toys around for them! While we were out seeing family they were begging to go back just to keep playing instead haha

For years we have admired (in passing ) Joanne and Arno’s peaceful idyll- and it was wonderful to finally meet and experience their hospitality as well as their gardens and beautifully uncomplicated, stylish yet functional accommodation.What a fantastic place to stay for the weekend! Meeting Joanne and Arno and hearing of their interests, local sights, accessible amenities and activities reminded us of the original concept behind Airbnb. They made us feel welcome and we are so pleased to have learned more of their local area. Our dog Leah was welcomed and also enjoyed her beach walks - only 2 minutes through a shady native vegetation. We hope to return again! Highly recommended.

We chose Joanne's property specifically for the location as it was close to family and we enjoyed our stay alot. The property is quirky, the views spectacular and the location peaceful. Unfortunately the weather gods were not on our side the weekend we stayed which did prove challenging, given some of the properties features. Those who stayed in the granny flat had an experience which was more like glamping. There is no way to enter the separate container, and the bathroom which is in a shed close by, without being fully exposed to the weather. Which meant dark, wet walks, across sodden grass. Whilst we were fulky aware of this setup when we booked it did impact our stay and is mentioning. The weather aside, we would definitely choose to stay again, in the hopes for finer weather. We would love to be able to fully enjoy the wonderful outdoor areas this property offers!

I don’t even know where to start…. This place is amazing, the design, the size, it’s beautiful. We stayed in 8 Air BnBs over our 3 week stay in Australia from the UK and this was by far the best by a mile. It’s the small details that just make it feel so homely. Ally and Pete were also fantastic. They let us check out late after a long day at Fraser Island and even dropped off some bath salts for us to have a relaxing bath. You cannot fault this place. We would happily stay here again if we were to travel back to Australia. We wish Ally and Pete all the best!

The place was peaceful and private, perfect for the kind of stay I needed.. It has a nice amount of natural light, and is clean and functional which is also great. Kylie is friendly and responsive to message rquests.

Very relaxing weekend. Quiet neighbourhood and the beach wasn’t even a minutes walk. Bed very comfortable and plenty of kitchen utensils and very decent shower pressure. Loved the pizza oven and plenty of equipment to prep your pizzas. Convenience store was an easy walk or a short drive and restaurant 5 min drive. Would defiantly book again! Thank you Sarah for a great experience.

Sunshine Villa is a family favourite. Loved by everyone including our dogs. Super relaxing get away and a must for anything contemplating staying.

Chelsea's bnb was exactly as described and as per photos. Lovely homely feel, very private, very clean with great attention to detail very well thought through. A lovely quiet location & walking distance to the beach and a great little cafe just around the corner a bonus. Secure parking space provided on he property. The place it’s absolutely lovely! Cozy, clean, tidy, beautifully decorated. The kitchen its well equipped with everything you need to cook. Also Francine it’s a lovely host. Easy to communicate with. She left all the details to make our stay pleasant, even had a really interesting chat and tried some of her own grown huge avocados. Would definitely stay at her place again. Don’t hesitate. Very much enjoyed my short time at this property. It was a lovely house in a nice quiet neighbourhood, modern and clean space with an amazing backyard. Eli was great at communicating and everything listed is spot on. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Luke's place was great and the host provided exactly what was stated in the booking. Sadly, I had originally booked another unit in Hervey Bay but on check in, that unit was found to be very unclean. As I was not comfortable staying there, I needed a new place to stay last minute and thankfully, Luke's was available. Luke was wonderfully accomodating and checked in on me ensuring my stay was going well. I am a regular traveller to Hervey Bay for work purposes and I intend to stay in the future, recommending this place to fellow travellers and colleagues alike. Many thanks Luke.
