Holiday rentals with a patio in Woodhall Spa

A friend and I booked this place as a short get away for 1 night, taking 1 dog along with us. Whilst we did have to carry the dog up the metal staircase to gain access, we were forewarned and knew this not to be an issue for the dog we took along. We were clearly notified of the rules for no dogs on the furniture, again not a problem for this particular dog (we wouldn't have taken the other male dog here as it wouldn't have been suitable for him and the wishes of the owner). We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful location and was kindly directed where we could walk the dog by the owner, which included field edges and public footpaths with lovely views. The rooftop terrace was a perfect place to relax for the evening enjoying the warm weather. We found everything we needed and the stay was just what we needed, very peaceful. There are surrounding neighbours but the location still felt private and all communication was easy and responsive. Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was first class and spotlessly clean. We were taking part in a golf event at Woodhall Spa and the location was perfect. If Gary will have us we wouldn't hesitate to return :-)

Beautiful and comfortable, the Rectors Retreat was a wonderful long weekend stay. Private parking was a godsend and meant not paying for expensive parking during our stay. The location is brilliant being just around the corner from Steep Hill and a stones throw from the Castle & Cathedral. No issue with noise in a big city is always a plus. Only things to note was how warm it was upon arrival, all radiators were on full blast. Luckily plenty of lovely space to let cool air in and a fan is provided. The oven caught us out as you have to set a time after setting the temperature. But Valerie was prompt in her response and explanation after we contacted her about having a problem with the oven. An amazing stay in Lincoln near anything and everything you could wish to see or visit in the lovely city.

Easy to find, located behind a pub (pub is currently closed) the lodges are situated away from the pub itself & accessed via the pub car park. Plenty of dedicated parking outside the lodges, with a step to a decked area running along the front of them, to one end of this there is a sloped ramp allowing easier access. The lodge we stayed in was bright, airy, spotless, modern and had all of the basics to provide a comfortable night's rest. Each lodge has it's own en-suite shower room, with only tea & coffee making facilities, but after chatting to Nick, he said he might be able to provide a microwave & small fridge by prior arrangement. Although Nick is not on site, he is nearby & is VERY quick to respond to any questions you might have. We had a lovely stay, with the peace & quiet we were looking for, we would highly recommend Walcott Lodges & will certainly be using them again in the future. Thankyou Nick & Anna

We had a lovely weekend in Lincoln and this was a perfect spot at the top of Steep Hill. Very spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Lovely balcony with outdoor seating which was a nice sun trap. Would highly recommend and would use again. Overall this was a really lovely place.

We had an amazing stay at Bradley East Wing. The cottage was beautiful with a lot of attention to detail - fresh flowers from the garden were a fantastic touch. A very peaceful stay. Anna & Ian were very hospitable & no query was too much. We are very much looking forward to a future stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Karla & David's place was excellent and nice and homely. Beautiful location with walks to beach and surrounding area. Site is ideal for visits to the apartment as well as camping and tourer vans. Lovely friendly owners who were very helpful and easy to talk to.

Extremely clean for a dog friendly place. Chalet was very well stocked with things like towels and cleaning supplies, even a fan which was greatly appreciated in the warm weather. Perfectly situated near the beach with lots of things to do. Tv and internet connection were great making it a comfortable place to relax. Would definitely recommend.

This property was a perfect place to come back to after a days racing at cadwell park. Everything that you need, and a helpful folder to guide you through the necessities. Spotlessly clean. Will absolutely make this our base for future visits

What a lucky find! I met Caroline when I arrived at the property and soon felt like I’d know her for ages. She is a friendly, warm and lovely lady. ‘Little Gem’ is certainly the right name for Owl’s Hoot. It was immaculately clean and I could tell that a lot of thought and love had gone into the property. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils and there was plenty of information about the property and the surrounding village provided. I loved my visit there an£ would very highly recommend this property.

Very clean place. Comfy beds and bedding,add to feel right at home. Steve was a great guy to deal with, would 10/10 recommend staying here if visiting Lincoln or surrounding areas. Will definitely be coming again when we visit Lincoln. Thanks Steve!!

Our stay at Claire and Neil's idyllic barn conversion annex was absolutely flawless! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the immaculate cleanliness and the thoughtful, generous welcome package that awaited us. Their communication was fantastic throughout, making everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. The high quality of the stay all round was evident in every detail. We particularly loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and on the decking area, which provided the perfect tranquil escape. We can't recommend this gem highly enough – a truly outstanding experience!

Myself and my friends have just spent the most enjoyable weekend in Christine's property . We were attending a concert in the castle grounds and it's location was superb. The property itself has been finished to a high standard and was very comfortable. Everything we needed was there and communication was prompt. The extended check out made for a leisurely breakfast on the beautiful patio . I would thoroughly recommend and hopefully will be returning myself.

Lovely couple of days at the cottage, once the gate is closed to the garden you are in a world of your own. So peaceful and relaxing. everything you need in the cottage, comfortable bed with an amazing duvet. fantastic Hot Tub and garden recliners for the sunny days. John was a fab host, who was there for any questions we had.

Clean accommodation that we would happily use again. Easy to get into Lincoln. Cafe within walking distance.

Great Airbnb for a weekend away with everything you need within the apartment. Living areas are comfy, the kitchen has everything you need and Guy was friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay here again

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb for two nights, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The interior of the home was stunning—tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The location was equally impressive, with breathtaking views that added an extra layer of peace and relaxation to the stay. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery was truly a highlight.

Les is an amazing host and takes great care in ensuring a wonderful experience. The location and space far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful decor and the most spotless Airbnb that we have ever stayed at. Luxury bedding and comfortable bed allowed for restful sleep. We in town for a wedding and welcomed with lovely bread, sweet treats and candy. Large space, great view of the river, shops and restaurants were nearby. Our kids loved the mocktails downstairs at the wine bar. The hair salon downstairs was even able to squeeze my daughter and me for hair appointments.

Samuel is a really nice guy, really interesting to talk to, flexible with times (I came in at 4am!). Great guy, would 100% recommend.

Jessica and John were fantastic and very welcoming in their lovely home and it was a pleasure to stay there. I would highly recommend the stay for any contractors and holiday makers alike, thanks again!
