A good selection of restaurants and coffees shops plus a Waitrose supermarket in town. A 2 minutes walk to the guided busway stop – which get’s you to central Cambridge (40 minutes).

The Barn

A recently rebuilt barn in the grounds of the existing owners' house. Fully self-contained and offering comfortable accommodation with full cooking facilities (including a dishwasher) and a large lounge and dining area. It has a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed. Guests can use the garden facilities and there is complimentary tea, coffee and milk. All towels and bed linen are provided. There is a sofa bed if more than 2 people stay. We can also provide a cot for babies.

Annexe self-contained accomodation.

Opened in Sept 2020, the Annexe is bright and comfortable with space to relax. It is in the beautiful village of Needingworth, close to St Ives and within easy reach of Cambridge. Being close to the river there are many scenic walks nearby. The Annexe is adult only and is accessed cosy v compact space which includes a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with king-sized bed and a shower room. There is off road parking. Look out for all the little touches that make your stay complete!

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

the cabin

The self catering cabin with a good size kitchen/dinner with tea/coffee making facilities , Situated 12 miles from cambridge and 6 miles from st Ives, the cabin is only metres from a well stocked fishing lake . Fishing is available from the site owner for just £8 per day . It has 1 large comfortable double bed and in the lounge has 1 sofa bed and 1 large comfortable sofa. The cabin isn't suitable for children under the age of 12.
