Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Woodland

Loved staying at Ryan's for a quick trip. He provided clear instructions, had good food recos, and checked in to ensure everything was alright with the stay. Loved the amount of space available, the bathroom was super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! It nice to have onsite parking and it was a quick drive to other parts of the city. Would highly recommend staying here!

Easy to get in and clean and ready has things you need

Very peaceful and clean! Great and clear instructions from how to get into the AirBnB to what we needed to do to checkout. I really liked how we were able to have our own parking space and the AC was amazing since when we went the weather was hot! Recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay that’s close to downtown but still distant enough to have peace and quiet.

This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

We needed a comfortable place for a quick overnight stop in Sacramento, and this stay was just what we were looking for. The home was quiet and cozy—perfect for resting before continuing our journey. The host was exceptionally kind and went out of their way to assist us with parking, which can be a bit limited in the area. Although we were too tired to explore the neighborhood, we appreciated the thoughtful local recommendations and hope to return someday to check them out. Thank you for being such a welcoming host! Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

From the beginning until the end of the stay, it was so peaceful, beautiful, romantic, quaint, and secluded! Can't say enough good things! 5+ stars!

This was an absolutely incredible experience. This beautiful space is nuzzled inside the heart of midtown. It feels way bigger than the pictures suggest and I guarantee you’ll feel right at home. The check-in process was a breeze and Alex was super responsive.

Very nice place, comfortable

The house was perfect for our four-generation visit. Very close to a nice park with a pool and water-park spray area for little kids, play areas and an un-fenced dog off leash area.. The house was well stocked with toys for our toddler and grandpa to play with. There was a step down to the main family room that great-grandma would have needed to keep an eye on, but which we didn’t use that room much. The kitchen and adjoining area was all we needed. The hosts were very accommodating. We had a change in our plans due to some local ill family members we were hoping to visit, but couldn’t, so we had a have a few more folks in the house than planned; it all worked out well. A great family friendly home.

We had a great time at Jim’s place! Great location, easy to walk to restaurants, bars, etc. Felt safe, cozy and clean. Jim was very responsive when we had questions and we had absolutely everything we needed. Parking nearby was convenient, only downside was the parking space was a little tight and definitely would be hard to fit a large car (SUV) but we were able to make it work with our small sedan.

My friends and I had a great time at Jeff’s place. The home itself is really well renovated and furnished, with everything you’d need. The hosts are very responsive and helpful, the location is great with lots to do within walking distance, it feels safe, and parking was easy to find right outside. The AC was a little hard to control (maybe something wrong with the machine), but I’m sure the hosts will deal with it. I would stay back here and recommend!

This stay was so lovely! It was the sweetest little place - had everything we needed and more. Carmelia was always quick to respond and even went out of her way to drop off some batteries for us when the TV remote wasn't working. We felt right at home and will definitely look to return someday!

My family and I loved this home. We had one problem with bathroom lights and Darish had someone there to fix them within half an hour. The beds were wonderful! We really appreciated that there were plenty of Kleenex and paper towels to use. The neighborhood had loads of walking trails which we walked every day. If we get back to Davis, I really hope this home is available as it is truly beautiful! Thanks, Darish!!

Angelina and Ivan's 1BR 1BA place is really well thought out, sparkly clean, attractively furnished, and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the substantial open area in the living room for doing exercise. The kitchen lacks nothing. Effortless check-in and free parking pluses as well. The neighborhood is clearly on the the rise and I always felt safe. Easy walks to the ballpark and across that magnificent bridge to downtown and Old Sacremento. I will mention that a lovely and considerate family lives in the adjacent half of this duplex, so if you are a light sleeper, just have a plan for the very normal noises of footsteps that are transmitted. I enjoyed my stay very much!

Brooke was responsive and friendly. The house was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s. Plenty of beds and linens. Thank you so much for the stay!

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

Daniel was extremely proactive, helpful and responsive. We had a great time at his place, and would definitely return! Highly recommend

I just had an amazing experience staying in Craig’s beautiful place (Unit 240). After a long ride over, I was happily greeted by a super clean, beautifully decorated place with high end towels and linens. Oh! and a nice array of sweets. I loved that the sun shined on both sides of the Unit and it has a little patio with chairs and table to sit and watch the world go by. Craig over communicated with me which I appreciated, even checking in with me during my stay to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything I needed. Silverado is a large property and this Unit is near everything. A 3-5 minute walk to: the Mansion where there’s a bar that has a mountainous view and overlooks one of the golf courses, The Grill restaurant where they serve all day, a Pro Shop, a little market with coffee, pastries, sandwiches, sundries and the swimming pool. Full service spa, gym tennis courts, bocce, pickleball are just across the street. I will definitely be back!

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

Krista's place was extremely clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The host truly went above and beyond with clear communication and thoughtful local recommendations, which made our stay even better. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Would definitely book again without hesitation!

I’m so glad to have found this airbnb! It was in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The place was cozy, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did have issues with wifi connections and would get bad signal on/off, also had trouble with opening the door (several tries with the code and being able to push open the door), but other than that, everything was perfect! Highly recommend this place and Kristina was awesome! I definitely would book here again if the need arises!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.
