Welcome to our recently renovated 1500sqft home in the heart of eastern Northampton County! The three-bedroom and two-bathroom house can sleep six. We are minutes from the town of Conway and Murfreesboro, NC, home of Chowan University. We are a 2 hour drive from the OBX. We are located 30 minutes from Roanoke Rapids and Ahoskie, NC. Please note that our property is located next to the NCVA railroad. The slow-moving train is subject to come by anytime during the day or night.

Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.

It is an early 1900's house that's been lovingly restored and nicely appointed to perfectly accommodate individuals, couples, a group of friends or a family.
