Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Woolgoolga

what a lovely house..sarah was so helpful and kind..home was well equipped and some lovely welcome food and drinks on arrival..peaceful area but walkable to beach and as long as have a car can access loads of local towns etc within 30mins of the house..a real home from home ..and the birds on the terrace at breakfast were a bonus..highly recommended..one of our best air bnb experiences.. thanks again sarah

This was our fourth stay at Misty River Lodge and won’t be our last. My family, including our little Jack Russell Terrier, loves Helen and Craig’s place. I especially love seeing how the gardens have evolved. We enjoy visiting the beaches up and down the coast — Scotts Head is a favourite — and we love to find new places to eat. Coffs Harbour is only a 45 minute drive north and South West Rocks is just 30 minutes south, so it’s a really central location and close to the highway but so quiet and peaceful. The bird song is relaxing and if you’re an early riser, you might even see the local swamp wallaby down near the creek. We were treated to fresh quail eggs, deliciously sweet tomatoes and tasty vegetables from the garden. As Helen said when we arrived… “Welcome home!” … because it does feel like a home away from home.

We had the most wonderful stay at “The Slow”. The location is nothing short of phenomenal. The back door is just metres from the sand of Wooli’s pristine beaches. We could see dolphins and whales from the bay window. Pure magic! We would absolutely recommend this accommodation and hope to return someday soon!

Loved our stay at Casa las Valla. It was such a beautiful peaceful home. The beds were comfy the house had a real homey feel and it was big enough for the whole extended family. The hosts went above and beyond and absolutely made us feel comfortable and welcome. Country living only a short drive to the beach it was perfect. We will be back 😊

Our whole family enjoyed the stay at the Red Shed. The space was cosy, welcoming and clean. The welcome hamper was lovely, including homemade bread & biscuits as well as some lovely local products and Meredith’s goats milk soaps! The surrounds were beautiful, very pretty views from the living space. Meredith was a great communicator, very friendly and accomodating. She was generous in taking our children around for morning farm duties and introducing them to their beautiful Border Collie puppies. Feeding the animals was a highlight as well as walking around the beautiful property.

A charming home to stay at, offering privacy and nestled among stunning bushland with a lovely variety of native birds around including our favourite black cockatoos! The beds are comfortable, and the house is immaculate, equipped with most things we needed for our stay. We just needed to get firewood for our June visit as it was a bit cool during that time. Hosts are great and very helpful. House was easy to find and a short drive to Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas, gorgeous spot to visit!

I loved staying here! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. A perfect location and so nice to wake up and look out to the trees, surrounded by Roo’s. I’ll be back ! Also love its dog friendly.

The home was lovely. Really spacious for what we needed. The location couldn't have been better for us as we brought our dog and there's a dog friendly beach about 2 minutes away. The bedrooms are well spread out and the kitchen is functional. But the best part was communication from the host which was both prompt and helpful.

Home away from home. Very peaceful, close to the beach and town, everything you need with comfy beds and a great front porch area.

This is a fantastic studio with an incredible blend of retro and industrial touches. It also boasts a full sized kitchen except for the mini fridge. It also has a great selection of DVDs to pick from that we couldnt help but to contribute to, to help fill out the collection even more. The studio is 5 minute walk from the main street so its a quiet location while remaining close to the centre of town. Quite possibly the perfect location for staying in Bellingen. Highly recommend

Shannon our host was extremely welcoming and approachable. Studio was extremely clean with Smeg Appliances, added bonuses, coffee pods, tea, hot chocolate, milk. Shannon provided lovely gifts ., we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. Highly recommended. Aanuka Boat House best coffee. Great spot to relax with a cocktail or two.

Daphne was extremely welcoming & helpful, the apartment was spacious & clean, the pool was a bonus with a toddler, the grounds were beautiful & lovely to see some animals and location was perfect as we had family in Urunga.

What an amazing all round experience. Started off with great communications and fantastic responsiveness from hosts Kate and Kelly, Seamless arrival to a spotless and modern home in the Aanuka enclave which fronts onto Diggers Beach. Excellent resort facilities including Tennis Courts, Restaurants, Pools and what could only be referred to as Coffs Harbour’s equivalent to an Ibiza beach club with DJs and cocktails to match. Definitely will be coming back to this stylish home … and thanks for the beautiful welcome gift

We loved our stay. we did a walk down to the beach, along the boardwalk at Urunga and at the rainforest in Dorrigo! the place was clean and spacious.

Loved our recent stay at Noam's home in Bellingen. Loved the location, the peace and quiet, the scenic green views, the outdoor bath. Noam and Cassandra were really responsive to all communication. Thank-you for having us, we'd love to stay again! Dan

A delightful place to stay for a few days. Make the most of the drive up and over the mountain by settling in. The stylish bungalow is immaculately appointed, so you can quickly rustle up a gourmet lunch, set the locally made upsourced pallet table and Voila! Wine and Dine! Grab a book and pop the banana chair on 45, kicking back until your fire pit calls the evening of bird calls and distant valley noises. A birdsong in the early morning just means a sleep in and coffee at your leisure. Take your time here!

What an excellent airbnb experience. Yasmin and Jordan put so much effort into creating a thoughtful, intentional, and beautiful space. My partner and I felt like we were home for the four days we were there! They are so generous with their little offerings of fun art to explore, books to enjoy, goodies in the kitchen, and elements for care in the bathroom. It was hard to leave! I will miss that fireplace most and the wallabies on the hill.

The cabin had everything one would need plus more. Very comfortable with a bit of luxury in a superbly lush landscaped garden.

A review where I can honestly say this stay was quiet and restful. A lovely vintage vibe cottage boasting gorgeous countryside and mountain views. Fireplace with plenty of supplies. Clean comfy couch with clean fresh throw. Large tv and plenty of DVDs in the cupboard. Roomy and clean bathroom. Comfy bed with cozy fresh linen and pillows. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and tucked away in the cupboard a sandwich press, electric frypan and electric dual hot plate.

We arrived after dark, which google maps was great! The hot tub was on and ready for us to use after a long day of driving. Beautiful clear skies to star gaze and wonderful peaceful surroundings. Thank you Harrison and Erika. They were quick to respond with any questions we had. Great place to get away for some peace and quiet and relaxing time, or a night in traveling.

This place is so nice!!! Loved it so much and would highly recommend to everyone. Great hosts too.
