Our holiday cottages & glamping pods are located on our 100 acre farm on the edge of the Peak District. The Annex is a modern barn conversion with a luxurious interior, designed to make it feel like a home away from home. Secluded down a 1/4 mile private driveway in a courtyard with the other cottages, the Annex has a quiet feel to it where you can truly relax. Quiet hideaway in Matlock with far reaching views

The Snug is in a great location on the edge of Matlock town centre. The space is cosy and has a great view over towards Matlock bath and the surrounding areas. It’s a great base for exploring the Derbyshire Dales and Peak District. The walk to town is approximately 10 minutes downhill, bit more on the way back! Lots of shops and supermarkets within easy walking distance and easy access to lovely countryside walks.
