The Annexe is a newly refurbished 1 bed fully self contained studio with seperate full size kitchen and shower room. It is in the north of Plymouth in a quiet residential area very close to the hospital, the moors and local shops. Ideal for 2 adults, but a dog or small child can be accommodated. The garden is accessible on request. With 42" TV , fast wi-fi, well appointed kitchen and comfortable seating it will make you feel like you're in a home from home. Enter through your own front door.

It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

The choice is yours to relax around the wood-burning stove, escape to the wilds of Dartmoor and beyond or enjoy a local cider in the 16th-century pub opposite.

The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.
