Located in Worblaufen 5 mins with the train to Bern. It is a quiet building and our apartment is on the third floor. The beautiful river Aare is 2 minutes away from the apartment to swim in summer or enjoy a long walk. Please be advised that two rooms in our apartment are closed & private and are not part of the rental but NOT in use during your stay with us. I loved staying in this room at Roger's house. It was clean, comfortable and peaceful. This is the kind of room I'd want to write a book in (seriously!) should I ever embark on that journey. Gorgeous windows on two different sides with a nice cross breeze. Lots of greenery outside, sunshine streaming in, birds chiriping, children's laughter coming up from the courtyard in the afternoon. It was just what I needed. I walked everywhere, ate delicious meals and fell in love with Bern. Very dreamy. I deeply appreciate Roger and family opening up their home to me!

Loved our stay at Daniela’s. Place was super clean. Daniela was very nice and showed us everything in the apartment to make sure we were comfortable. Had tv with English channels. Easy to walk to multiple bus lines , the 20 and 101 to get to train station. For us if was easiest will luggage to take the 101 and drops off eight close to apartment. There was yoga studio room apartment that has same access to common space but never saw anyone there while we occupied unit. Would recommend apartment in Bern and would stay again if ever back in Bern.

We’ve had a wonderful stay. Josef and Brandl are very kind and what we call in Holland ‘gezellig’. We didn’t know the area very well and Josef was there to help us with ‘must sees’. The room is just as the pictures and they have a beautiful garden, they offer a variation of coffee, thee and sparkling water free of charge. Unfortunately we had rain, but it’s a perfect place to unwind with a glas of wine. Altogether a 5/5.

I think Ginger and Jan are the best host. I get an unforgettable memory in Switzerland because of them. The room is so cozy and comfortable that I slept so well every night.
