(Noord) De bootjes zijn te huur bij de buren en de prachtige bruggetjes zijn te vinden op maar 6 minuten lopen. Hier is Giethoorn ontstaan en staan de oudste huisjes aan het pad. Zonder hordes toeristen. (Die zitten in Giethoorn Zuid) Hier heerst nog heerlijke rust en de schoonheid van het oude dorp Giethoorn. Helaas niet geschikt voor baby's/kinderen van 0 tot 8.

This beautiful building has been completely restored in 2024/2025. This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated and is situated in the heart of Workum overlooking the harbor and the large church. All the shops, restaurants and museums are within walking distance. One of the most beautiful town squares in Friesland, "De Merk," is just a stone's throw away. There is a lot of parking space around the cottage. Even trucks are no problem.

Renovated old farmhouse near the IJsselmeer

Enjoy peace, space and cosiness in this authentic farmhouse. Our farmhouse was built in 1904 according to West Frisian model, and has served as a garnish shop in addition to farmhouse. When we bought the farm, he was 116 years old, and had the necessary overdue maintenance. A little bit of a renovation of the house, so it now has well-functioning heating! We'll put Airbnb's proceeds back in the house, so we're now saving for the rooftop renovation.

The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Villa Scorpio is a 6-12-person holiday home at Villapark Mooi Gaasterland, suitable for small groups and families. The warm villa has a large kitchen, fully equipped, a spacious living room with large sitting and dining area to eat and an extra reading and playroom. In total there are 8 bedrooms (4 2-person and 4 1-person) all with their own bathroom. Bed linen and towels for all guests provided!!
