Sehr modern eingerichtetes Appartement, mit schöner Lage.

Merci à Mike pour son accueil dans ce logement impeccable, tant par sa propreté que par la décoration soignée et emplacement de choix. On se sent très bien et je recommande vivement pour ceux qui souhaitent séjourner aux alentours d’Amsterdam.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Localisation calme, agréable, idéale pour venir visiter Amsterdam. Le logement était propre et l’hôte est très accueillante

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber hat auf jede Frage umgehend geantwortet. Wir hatten 3 schöne Tage dort verbracht und uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft und den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Le logement est conforme à la description. Propre et bien équipé, l’environnement est joli et paisible. Mike est un hôte de confiance et la communication est facile.

Lovely apartment, very easy to find and very clean and comfortable. Great location on the waterfront and close to bus station. Easy walk to town and lots of cafes / restaurants. Shafieq was really responsive and helpful and gave very clear instructions on check-in.

The location is in front of harbor and very close to the historic center of Monnickendam. Bus access was very good for nearby towns and villages, including Marken, Volendam, Edam and Broek in Waterland. I was happy to see the sunrise across the harbor and yachts from the window of this attic apartment. I also really liked the check-in time was early from 13:00. This made me to leave my bags in the apartment early and explore Monnickendam well in the afternoon. It is very good for especially a short term stay in this well organized clean apartment. Joke and Peter were both friendly hosts.

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte und sie war sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig. Ein Supermarkt sowie verschiedene Restaurants konnten mit den kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern schnell erreicht werden. Gert-Jan hat hilfreiche Ideen und Anregungen für Freizeitaktivitäten gegeben und stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen! :-)

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy house! The location is perfect — it’s very easy to reach all main attractions by bus, with stops close by. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and a lovely atmosphere!

Wir waren als Mädelsgruppe im Haus von Leon. Es war wirklich super schön, alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Und hat es sehr gefallen. Das Haus war sauber und es geht wirklich schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Auto nach Amsterdam zu fahren. Wir kommen wieder!

On a passé un super moment dans le logement , le cadre est incroyable on avait l’impression d’être comme à la maison , l’hôte est très sympathique , les lits sont super super confortable et la deco de l’appartement est trop trop bien , et la vue juste wow wow wow wow On y rieviwns bientôt j’espère !

Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

Liebe Noortje und Familie ….auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich getroffen haben - es war wundervoll im Rina‘s Haus gastieren zu dürfen - einfach perfekt! Wir wären gerne noch zwei Nächte länger geblieben - es gäbe noch einiges zu entdecken in Amsterdam…. und das kleine gemütliche Haus ist so erholsam nach den vielen Menschen und dem Trubel in der Stadt. The neighborhood is beautiful, the house is beautiful, clean, and very well equipped and decorated. The area is lovely to walk around and a short distance to the east there are a lot of restaurants, bars and bakeries and to the south one big mall with supermarket and shops. My only complaint is the staircase is too narrow, which makes it uncomfortable to go up and down with suitcases. But I recognize this is a Dutch thing and the majority of houses, new and old, have the same issue.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

schöne Lage um fußläufig Alkmaar zu erkunden

This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

Wir waren im Juni 2025 für 7 Tage in der Klaver Garage und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Gegend bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung und zum Erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – ihre Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten waren sehr wertvoll. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr luxuriös eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Umgebung. Es ist für Naturliebhaber leicht zu erreichen und dennoch nur 25 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum Amsterdams entfernt. Wir vermissten lediglich eine größere Spüle zum Abwaschen des Frühstücksgeschirrs. Insgesamt war es aber eine sehr sympathische Erfahrung.

We had a great stay! Hugo was easy to contact, gave us many local recommendations, and easy to follow directions. The place was clean, had a great view, and is on a quiet street. Location was great, very walkable to all of the main tourist attractions. We were worried about not having a tv but didn’t miss it. Just a heads up to people in the U.S.-bring wash cloths to Europe. All 3 of the Airbnb’s that we stayed at did not provide them. I read that they consider it a personal item, like a toothbrush, and expect you to bring your own. Thank you Hugo!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Fleur’s apartment. It is very close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around, and it was well situated between the main areas of the city, making it a good base to explore from. The apartment was nice - it had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. The only thing to note is that the stairs within the apartment (from living area to bedroom) are narrow and steep, but this seems quite typical of stairs in this area- the same was true of stairs in restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay there again!
