Our guesthouse is located in the old harbor district of historic Bergen op Zoom. Located on the Brabantse Wal between Rotterdam, Antwerpen and the Zeeland coast. Plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants! Through a shared gate you enter the backyard where the guesthouse is located. On the first floor, you will find the living room, kitchenette and toilet. Through the authentic, steep staircase you enter the bedroom with bathroom and access to the roof terrace. The spaces are not suitable for disabled people.

Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural area on a quiet road in the outskirts of Roosendaal. On the 1st floor is a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dining area, a double bed and two single beds on the loft. On the ground floor are the toilet and the bathroom with bath and separate shower. You have your own front door, you can park in front of the door and you can sit outside. There is a large trampoline, playhouses, playground and we have goats, rabbits and chickens.

Perfectly lovely small guest house in the countryside. Great spot for an escape from the business of city life into nature. The house was exactly as described and as seen in the photos. The place was very clean and tidy, all the amenities worked and were also clean, and the whole vibe was really welcoming. Johanna was available for any questions if needed. The place is well situated just off the highway and well connected to the local cycling and walking trails. Top spot and would recommend!

From arrival to departure we were well looked after by our hosts and more than satisfied with the bnb. On check in, we were offered help with collecting our bags from the car and any questions we had were answered. We had a peaceful stay - there is lots of seating in the living area and tea and coffee is provided in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, clean and linen smelled nice. It is in a great location with anything you'd need in walking distance. Overall we really enjoyed our stay thanks to the lovely hosts and their property, and would definitely return again.

We were 2 adults and especially appreciated the tranquility in the middle of nature and close to the horses. The hosts Vanessa and Tom welcomed us very openly and kindly. We gratefully accepted the opportunity to have a delicious breakfast. It was our first experience in a tiny house and we love it! Everything was there, even insect screens so we could leave the windows open. We recommend this accommodation for people who love nature and horses. You can even bring your own horse to ride on site or in the area. The horses live in the herd in a very natural way and our hosts have explained in detail what "natural horsemanship" means. We will certainly come back, and then definitely stay longer than one night.
