The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and lounge on ground floor with bedroom accommodation on the mezzanine level above. There is also a comfortable king size sofa bed. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Lytham Loft is a newly built, first floor studio with a king size bed and a single sofa bed, an en suite wet room and a kitchenette. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. It’s located in a quiet, residential street at the end of a private garden in the centre of Lytham, 5 minutes walk to the promenade and the shops. Access is via a gate with a keypad and check-in is with a key safe. Check in is after 2pm and check-out at 11am. Free street parking is available.

This property is self contained annexe, with one double bedroom, open plan living/kitchen area and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. (Please be aware it is an electric shower with medium water pressure) Making the property suitable for up to two adults ( Not suitable for infants or children due to a large pond directly outside the property). There is ample parking for two cars.
